Introduction
The relevance of the research topic. Today's economic conditions dictate economic entities more stringent rules of competition in the market, forced to find new effective mechanisms of control of production processes, financial and material resources. Relevance of the topic lies in the fact that today, all businesses are faced with problems of material security, modeling the process of inventory management. Finding ways to effectively manage material support enterprises engaged in production activities, largely due to an innovative approach to supply chain organization. However, at present in a saturated market in the activities of businesses there is an objective need for the development of high technology in the organization of material flow in production as a way to move the material flow on the level of raw material to finished product state. This problem is especially acute in times of globalization of the economy, where individual units of the production chain substantially separated in space. Thus, the development of technologies to ensure the organization of material production is the objective requirement of the market. An analysis of recent research and publications. Issues of material support engaged many authors, for example: G. Brodetsky, which considers a model of inventory management; Fedorchuk BK , Bezugly BD , Melnikov AS offered their methods for determining the current standards of reserves; NI Novitsky, Richard Thomas, A. Kondratyuk, AA Pilipenko, Makarovskaya TP, N. Cooper, Tugan-Baranovsky. The aim of the study. The aim of this study is to develop a system optimization of material support, adapted to the conditions of the company's divisions, achieving the greatest efficiency.

The first section "Theoretical basis for the organization to ensure the material manufacture". At the moment, the main task of the service supply of the material is timely and uninterrupted supply of raw materials and business materials, components and related products, a variety of means of production by using an efficient and rational scheme of their purchases. Service logistics is the organizational and structural unit of the enterprise, whose responsibilities include the delivery to the enterprise of basic and auxiliary materials, fuel, purchased semi-finished products, tools and tooling, equipment, machinery, apparatus and assemblies. For the smooth functioning of production must be well-established financial security that enterprises carried through the organs of the logistics. The main task of supplying the company is to ensure timely and optimal production of the necessary material resources corresponding to the completeness and quality. Solving this problem, employees of the supply should study and take into account demand and supply of all consumable material resources of the enterprise, the level and change their prices and services to intermediary organizations to choose the most economical form of goods movement, optimize reserves, reduce transport and harvesting and storage costs.
The second section of "System of evaluating the effectiveness of the use of material resources". Estimating the cost of material resources in the process of quantitatively related to the economic category of "cost of material resources." Methodologically correct would be credited to the cost as a direct cost of resources used and the amount of loss of resources, which will measure the complex process of reproduction, and interaction of material and other resources. Costs of material resources in the trade organization associated with certain articles and items of distribution costs, including costs of depreciation of fixed assets, rental costs, wear low value items, shortages and loss of inventory fuel, gas, electricity, costs and losses on operations with the container. Based on the inclusion of material resources, the value of commodity resources, to the cost of material resources appropriate to include the amount of financial resources associated with the purchase and the formation of other types of resources (eg, interest expense for the use of bank credit).
The third section "Recommendations to improve the planning system to ensure the material manufacture". It is proposed to develop a set of models for optimizing the production of material security, to review and refine methods for assessing the effectiveness of the use of material resources of the enterprise.

The main conclusions and results obtained in the course of this work are as follows:
