Introduction

The rapid changes taking place in the world like never actualize the task of adapting organizational strategies for successful survival in the competition in the new market conditions. Particular importance is given to development of strategic development plans based on the assessments of strengths and weaknesses of the activities, as well as analysis of real opportunities, resources and vulnerabilities to the enterprise with regard to the external environment. In enterprises there is an urgent need to find and use more advanced tools and concepts focused on quality and continuous improvement activities. One such tool is the self-esteem of the organization.

The activities of any organization is aimed at creating new value for consumers. The creation and improvement of product quality is ultimately adding value to people, and therefore, improving the quality of life, which, in turn, creates new needs and expectations regarding products and initiates innovation and quality improvement. Improving the quality of life includes, of course, maintain or improve the environment.

The major advantages of the use of self-assessment are:

  1. Тo obtain objective assessments based on facts.
  2. Use of a complex evaluation criteria that are common in different countries.
  3. The implementation of the various initiatives of staff in the daily activities of the organization.
  4. The emergence of the possibility of the spread of best practices within the organization, recognizing the achievements of individual employees and departments.
  5. Use the results to improve the organization.

1. Theme urgency

Today, self-esteem used by a limited number of domestic enterprises and organizations, mainly by members of the national, regional and industry competitions in the field of quality. Most of these organizations do not consider self-esteem as an effective instrument of self-development and continuous improvement of business. However, in practice, ignoring the results of self-evaluation and self-diagnosis in the strategic planning process usually leads to the creation of strategies well grounded in terms of relevant market and assessment of the future state of the elements of the business environment, but are not effective and are not implemented because of inadequate reasonable assumptions relating to the organization itself.

In this regard, relevant questions are studying the contents, methods, models, and self-assessment process, its place and role in the quality management system as one of the key steps in the way of rooting the philosophy of quality in the practice of organizations.

Problems of continuous improvement of any organization are the focus of management theory and practice for many decades. At each new stage of development of management thought put its views, approaches, concepts, aimed at achieving the most significant advances in this area. Among the authors are considered self-esteem as an independent object of study can be called T. Conti, Konka MG, Galeev VI, Dvoruk TY, Salimov TA, D. Maslov, LI Biryukov [2].

The development of an effective mechanism of self-activity of the enterprise, is still an important task for enterprises. The relevance of the study is defined by its novelty and importance of practical application in determining the prospects for the use of self-evaluation of the company.

The study of this issue is necessary in a fundamentally economic (scientific fact), and applied to (the development of regional and federal market products), improve the strategic management of competitiveness of production, administrative, financial, marketing, contractual, socio - economic and other mechanisms of Production of the enterprise.

2. Goal and tasks of the research

Self-evaluation of the organization is a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the organization's activities and results with respect to the quality management system or a model of excellence (model Quality Award). It can give an overview of the activities of the organization and the degree of development of the quality management system, and can also help the organization determine areas needing improvement, and priorities [3].

The main objectives of the self-evaluation methods:

  1. Model selection and methods of self-organization.
  2. Staff training fundamental approach and applied methods in the field of quality management.
  3. Creation of a team responsible for determination and self-assessment.
  4. Combining a variety of initiatives to improve the organization's activities in specific operations (including in the framework of self-esteem).
  5. Making informed management decisions based on the results of self-esteem.

The object of study: the process of manifestation of self-assessment tool to improve the system of the organization.

Subject of research: problems of self-manifestation and its implementation in the tool to improve the organization.

Self-assessment – a comprehensive and systematic review of the principles of the company and its results achieved with the development of business models that implement this company. Self-assessment process allows the company to better understand their strengths and identify their areas of its activities, the improvement of which can lead to the promotion of business. [5].

The result is a self-focused event planning, strict implementation of which leads to real progress.

The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the methods, problems and prospects for self-assessment of the organization, as well as the choice of the model of self-activity of the enterprise and determination based on the data and conclusions, practical recommendations to improve the organization and development of a mechanism of self-esteem.

3. Analysis of recent researches and publications

A special place among them are a few works on the problems of diagnostics and self-activity of the organization, the most famous of which are the works of such foreign scientists as B. Andersen, J.. Dalgaard, C.E. Deming, Mr. Watson, MG Conca, T. Conti, D. Cam-pbell, Herts G., S. Shainberg and others.

In our country, the problem of self-assessment of the organization studied in line with certain directions of scientific and practical experience. Self-assessment of the organization originated as a method of continuous improvement within the concept of TQM is therefore based on the same principles as the concept is called.

The principles will change as will develop and improve their organization's activities, seeking for perfection. However, the principles of self-esteem in the process of being implemented, should be based on humanistic approach, the essence of which is that the self-assessment process should always focus on how to feel all the participants, as the staff is motivated, interested in self-assessment, which he complains or what resists.

The implementation of the principle of self-esteem within the organization:

  1. Customer focus. The purpose of the self-activity of the organization in the long run is associated with an increase in the competitiveness of the organization and satisfaction of its customers. Most of the models on which the self-evaluation of the organization, as the most significant include the criterion of "customer satisfaction" that allows you to realize the importance of relationship management with them.
  2. Management leadership and consistency in achieving the objectives. Management shall be the initiator, organizer and active participant in the self-assessment, and should make informed decisions based on its results.
  3. Process approach. During the emphasis is on self-assessment and improvement of the business processes in the organization.
  4. Systems approach. Areas of work in the self-assessment and its results play a role for the organization of the system as a whole and for its constituent processes and levels of the system (in this case we are talking about the level of the individual working groups, organizational units).
  5. Involving staff. This principle is implemented through training of staff self-evaluation of the organization; attracting employees to the choice of models, methods and mechanisms of self-esteem; the creation of working groups responsible for its implementation by different groups of criteria. Thus, the involvement of the staff carried out in the process of improvement of the organization.
  6. Development Partnership. Self-assessment allows to identify areas of partnership that require further development and improvement; Partners may be interested in self-assessment [8].

Based on the principles of TQM and the requirements of ISO 9000, setting goals for the quality management system should be aimed at meeting the requirements and expectations of customers and stakeholders, we can distinguish a number of interested parties in the quality system.

The undoubted advantages of such a management system is that it organizes activities to standardize the relationship between the individual participants and divisions.

Conclusion

Self-assessment – a comprehensive assessment, the result of which is the opinion or judgment about the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization and the level of maturity of the quality management system. Master's thesis is devoted to the study of self-activity of the organization (company), description and analysis methods, as well as the choice of the model of self-activity of the organization, particularly on the basis of the data and conclusions, practical recommendations to improve the organization and development of a mechanism of self-esteem.

It is important to realize the following tasks of master's work:

  1. Acquainted with the modern concepts of self-assessment strategies in the enterprise production management.
  2. Consider the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of self-assessment in relation to the enterprise.
  3. Make a pre-selection of self-assessment strategy of the enterprise, based on the specifics of its activities; outline planning, critical from the point of view of their impact on the financial results of the company.
  4. On the basis of selected methods of self-formulated prerequisites for use in the system of self-assessment tool to improve operations at the enterprise [10].
