Introduction

The labor collective of the enterprise is a form of the social organization of workers based on the unity of the goals of labor, the social community of workers, the homogeneity of the material and material production base, the specificity of social and labor relations. Labor collectives are characterized by a system of economic, social, psychological, moral, ethical and other social values that form a labor social system that covers the productive and non-productive social functions of the collective. [1]

Primary labor collective with any form of its organization performs certain functions, the most important of which are:

A well-chosen team is one of the main tasks of any agricultural commodity producer. It should be a team of like-minded people and partners who are able to understand, understand and realize the intentions of the leadership of organizations. [2]

Analysis and systematic study of organizational, economic and social security and development of the work collective makes it possible to combine and link the individual indicators among themselves, and this in turn allows one to assess the impact of each individual subject and the totality of indicators on the overall performance of labor. Labor indicators are organically interconnected with other indicators of current reporting, strategic forecasting. They are an integral part of technical, economic and financial planning, necessarily affect the production costs and determine the profitability of the enterprise.

3. Overview of Research and Development

A lot of definitions of this concept are given in the scientific literature. For example, A.Ya. Kibanov. defines the "labor collective" is not a simple set of people, but a complex structural formation with many external and internal connections, formalized and unformed relationships that define ideology (a set of ideas and views reflecting the characteristics of social relations) and psychology (public opinion, social feelings , collective habits, traditions, moods, etc.) [3]

Egorshin AP gives the following definition: "the work collective is an average social group that unites people engaged in specific tasks, based on common goals, principles of cooperation, a combination of individual and group interests and working in the same enterprise or organization." [4]

From the point of view of I. Steiner, the work collective is a collective in which workers get the opportunity to join the labor process. Distinguish primary, secondary, formal and informal work collectives. From the point of view of K. Rogers, the work collective is a group of people working together to achieve a specific goal. From the point of view of Eric Larson, the collective is a social organization characterized by a joint socially significant activity.[5]

4. The main part

Definitely, we can say that the labor collective is a special social community uniting people who carry out joint labor activity within the framework of the labor organization. It constitutes a social basis for stable, stable functioning and capable of developing labor organizations.

Stages of formation of the work collective.

The formed labor collective, like any living organism, passes in its development several stages: the first corresponds to the infant, adolescent age (early); the second - to the period of effective work and mature age (intermediate); the third - weakening capacity, aging and ultimately or liquidation, or renewal (final maturity).

The formed labor collective, like any living organism, passes in its development several stages.

Below are the main components of the work collective (Figure 1).

Stages of formation of the work collective:

  1. Stage lapping . This is the stage at which the work collective is not a cohesive group of people. He characterizes the process of creating a formal external integrity of the collective. At this stage, people look at each other and the leader. The head, in turn, studies the personnel of the collective.
  2. Conflict stage. In the course of the competition for leadership, different kinds of groupings, differences arise, the strengths and weaknesses of people manifest themselves. The team is looking for ways to reach agreement and improve relationships.
  3. The stage of experimentation. This is the stage at which the labor collective functions quite efficiently, its potential is constantly growing. At this stage, the manager's goal is the development of certain methods of leadership, which would be fully aimed at revealing the potential of the team.
  4. The efficiency step . This is a stage in which people have already acquired certain professional skills and experience.
  5. The stage of self-government . The team demonstrates significant stable results of work and establishes high standards of behavior. In the team, strong ties are formed, people are accepted and appreciated, relations are formed mainly informally, interpersonal differences are quickly eliminated. [6]

Specialists in management have developed a program to create a team. It includes:

  • The establishment of clear goals, since they unite people;
  • yYu need to start fom small. Success builds trust and creates the conditions for new success;
  • Before acting, it's necessary to achieve agreement, without which it's impossible to form a collective;
  • It's recommended to draw up a real work schedule;
  • During work, it's necessary to consult, because this strengthens trust;
  • It's useful to encourage openness and honesty;
  • You should't make false hopes;
  • Remember that the unknown scares more than the known;
  • It's recommended to use delegation of authority to subordinates;
  • You can learn from the mistakes, but you need to analyze the process of forming the team on a regular basis.

    he leader of the team should be aware of the needs of their group, have a fairly accurate perspective of the creation of the team. Openness is very important, when they say aloud about everything that concerns this labor collective.

    The leader of the team must know the individual abilities of each member and create opportunities for growth and development of strengths. The ability to form a team is especially important in order to unite a large number of people and their effective work to achieve a common goal in an environment of cooperation for the benefit of the enterprise.

    Conclusions

    The current level of production development necessitates the need for collective labor, which, in turn, determines the presence of the work collective. Effective activity of the organization assumes knowledge of the laws governing the functioning of labor collectives and their use.

    A work collective is understood as the union of employees who carry out joint labor activity. They interact with each other in such a way that each person influences other persons and is simultaneously influenced by them. Labor collectives create leadership when it carries out the division of labor for the organization of an industrial, commercial or other process. This association has organizational unity and is connected by common goals. Management should be based on a single will, which is provided by the presence of a manager elected or appointed by the owner of the property.

    The effectiveness of the activities of collectives (groups) depends on a number of factors:

    It follows that the head of the enterprise should take care of the organizational, economic and social development of the work collective of his enterprise.
