Introduction

Currently, an important resource of any company are the employees. The effectiveness of personnel management, to a greater extent, depends on the result of the activities of employees and success of the company. The task of managers is to make the best use of the staff. This requires the person to motivate, inspire action. It is clear that the primary motivating factor is the salary, however, there's a lot of other factors, forcing the person to work with.

1. Theme urgency

In modern society, the activities of some enterprises and organizations shows, that the implemented innovations are often rejected by the staff of the organisation, staff are actively resisting the ongoing changes. The crisis in the economy threatens the company not only the financial problems and the loss of their positions in the market, but also the loss of skilled workers to overcome the crisis impossible.

Retention of key employees is one of the main challenges of the management of the company on the stage of the crisis. However, the leaders of most Russian enterprises focusing on production management, marketing, Finance, while improving the system of personnel motivation lack of attention.

In modern management are becoming increasingly important motivational aspects. Motivation of staff is the main means of ensuring optimal use of resources, mobilization of existing human resources.

The main purpose of motivation is to maximize the use of available labour resources, which improves overall performance and profitability of the enterprise.

2. Goal and tasks of the research

The aim of this work is the analysis of the processes of personnel motivation management in the conditions of crisis management.

To achieve this goal in the work necessary to solve the following tasks:

  1. consider the theoretical foundations of personnel motivation management in the conditions of crisis management;
  2. perform the process of the development of the global and domestic pharmaceutical markets;
  3. analyze the system of motivation of the pharmaceutical company, operating in the crisis period;
  4. suggest suitable methods of motivation for the analyzed company;
  5. improve methods of personnel motivation for the enterprise.

Research object: the process of motivation of the personnel in conditions of crisis management.

Research subject: the combination of theoretical, practical methods and forms of staff motivation of the enterprise.

3. Main results of the research

In the first section Theoretical aspects of motivation management personnel in the period of crisis management concepts such as crisis, crisis management and motivation from the point of view of domestic and foreign authors; it generalises the peculiarities of motivation as a process of personnel management; substantiates the role of the service management staff in developing crisis communication strategy.

The crisis is forcing everyone, and especially the leaders, to work in new ways that will allow you to survive this difficult time. Special attention the head must give the main resource, without which it is impossible to advance the organization forward to its employees. The most appropriate method of impact on staff is the combination of the use of the personal qualities of the leader such as charisma, and various means of communication. Only in this case, the staff will feel the concern of management, and will work with full dedication.

In the second section Analysis of global, Russian and Ukrainian pharmaceutical markets analyzes the global pharmaceutical market and pharmaceutical markets of the Russian Federation and Ukraine, analyzed the level of wages in the pharmaceutical industry.

The study showed that the global pharmaceutical market is growing rapidly, despite the difficult situation in the global economy, the state of the Russian pharmaceutical market and the pharmaceutical industry cannot meet the needs of modern healthcare and to solve the increasingly growing problem of the morbidity and mortality of the population of the Russian Federation, with regard to the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market, he is actively developing: mastered and put into production new products, increased competition to Ukrainian manufacturers and importers with each other. [1, 5]

Exploring the level of wages, it is possible to compare them and conclude that the level of wages in Ukraine in such occupations as head of pharmacy, regional Manager, medical representative is much lower than in Russia. However, these occupations are, for the moment, are amongst the highest paid in the Russian Federation, and Ukraine. [4, 2]

Conclusion

Master's work is devoted to improving the systems of personnel motivation in terms of crisis management for pharmaceutical companies. When writing this abstract master's work is not yet complete.
