Introduction

In modern conditions, the increase in the efficiency of foreign economic activity of automobile industry enterprises is largely ensured by the development of human capital and the formation of a motivation system that is able to maximize the potential of employees.

However, in the practice of the enterprises of the domestic automobile industry, the competence and unique abilities of the staff are poorly used. At the same time, in society and business, ideas of restrictionism are actively used – minimizing efforts while maintaining the goal of maximizing the receipt of wealth. This has led to the spread of dysfunctional personnel motivation systems, characterized by disharmony in ways to stimulate employees.

Such an attitude to work and, in particular, to the processes of motivation, has a whole range of negative consequences for enterprises of the automotive industry, namely: imbalances in training in the form of a shortage of qualified technical specialists and specialists with skills in the digital space; reduction of staff motivation methods, which began to be reduced, mainly, only to monetary incentives and led to low employee commitment, involvement and loyalty; lack of mechanisms for producing innovation. These processes reduce the economic sustainability of automotive enterprises, their ability to expand markets and competitiveness in the global economy.

The solution of these problems lies on the paths of a comprehensive analysis of approaches to the motivation of employees of the enterprises of the automotive industry of the Russian Federation in the conditions of modern foreign market conditions.

First of all, due to successful sales of LADA cars of the new generation – Vesta and XRAY. However, activity in the foreign market is complicated by the lack of competitiveness of PJSC"AVTOVAZ" in comparison with the key players in the global automotive market

Conclusion

The modern development of the automotive industry is characterized by the increasing complexity of the external business environment, changes in consumer preferences, increased competition in foreign markets, and the rapid pace of renewal of knowledge and technology in the field of engineering. In such conditions, success increasingly depends on the proactivity of the chosen business strategy, the ability and possibility to use strategic advantages and human resources. PJSC AVTOVAZ responds to changes in foreign market conditions with its inertness, and weakly motivated employees are not interested in the development of the enterprise. As a result, the share of the world and domestic auto industry market is almost unconditionally owned by foreign companies, such as Volkswagen, Ford Motor, General Motors and other firms.

This requires a certain restructuring of approaches to management by business entities, the search for new methods to ensure business efficiency. In such conditions, human resources become imperatives of growth, the qualitative characteristics of which can reduce the negative impact of external factors, supporting intra-organizational stability, finding unique technological solutions for updating products in accordance with international standards and changing consumer preferences.

The evaluation of the personnel motivation system of PJSC AVTOVAZ allowed to establish that it is based on tangible and intangible incentive methods.
