Introduction

The modern world is becoming increasingly dependent on computer technology. For millions of people, the computer has become a familiar attribute of everyday life, has become an indispensable assistant. Therefore, the use of computer technology in the field of work is an objective and natural process, it is a requirement of today. The central task of modern society is to achieve the new, increase knowledge, and move to something new.

1. Theme urgency

Modern technology is gradually replacing paper reports, file cabinets, paper records, libraries. Nowadays, all information is stored in electronic form, on a hard drive, flash drive. The advantage here is that if earlier paper reports needed to be carried manually to neighboring offices, offices, higher standing bodies, and now you can send everything electronically without unnecessary gestures, thereby creating more time for basic work, which is much simplifies the work itself and increases its efficiency.

2. Goal and tasks of the research, expected results

The aim of the thesis is to develop modules used in collecting reports, checking reports, analyzing information using software, storing static information, providing static observations to higher authorities.

The result of this thesis is the creation of a model for optimizing the process of the enterprise.

The current state of the problem in the control object under consideration is very large. The state enterprise Main Directorate of Statistics of the DPR, namely the department of trade statistics uses an outdated process of work, namely:

Use more outdated software (software), namely:

In Western Europe, the static analysis departments use a more modern methodology for collecting reports from enterprises. In European countries, newer and licensed software for static data analysis is used (Minitab, STATGRAPHICS, SAS, STATA). We have most of these programs missing. Unlike us, Europe cooperates directly with the program developers themselves. This gives them a clear advantage, and the process itself is automated [1].

The process with these changed details in the process of work will be more efficient and less resource–consuming, more economical in time and will increase the efficiency and efficiency of the department. Improving the management of static reports will allow you to reach a more advanced European level.

3. Overview of research and development

Modern systems for managing static reports today are very widely used in various fields, such as trading enterprises, various firms, factory enterprises, banking enterprises, organizations related to reporting.

3.1 Overview of national sources

In the Russian Federation, the most famous are the works of the following scientists: Khmelnitsky L.Yu., Shatalov V.А., Baturin A.V., Sultanov G.D.

Khmelnitsky L.Yu. [2] considers the problems of modern world energy and the potential of wind energy as the main type of renewable energy sources. It is concluded that it is necessary to stimulate the development of renewable energy sources in order to stabilize and sustainably develop the Russian national and world energy.

Shatalov V.А. [3] is considering approaches to solving the problem of energy supply to remote settlements of Siberia through the use of local power plants. The prospects of the transition from diesel power plants to generation based on renewable and local biological energy sources are analyzed. It is shown that in the near future the rate will be on the use of gas and coal. The problems of regulatory regulation of the use of alternative energy are considered.

Baturin A.V. [4] the article considers the prospects of using alternative renewable energy sources. As a solution to the problem of energy supply, the use of landfill gas generated at solid waste landfills is proposed.

Sultanov G.D. [5], The article is devoted to the problems of energy conservation at the enterprises of the Russian industry, which are currently acquiring special relevance and significance. As the main problem, the need to revise the general concept of increasing energy capacities, taking into account the analysis of rational use of energy resources by industrial consumers, is highlighted. The main organizational and economic aspects of energy–saving policies in the sectors of the national economy are examined in such areas as the introduction of energy–saving technologies, the use of secondary energy resources. The results of feasibility studies of energy–saving measures for elements of the factory energy of an industrial enterprise are presented, which allow you to choose the most optimal options for the efficient use of energy resources.

3.2 Overview of international sources

In the world there are a large number of works, articles and publications on the topic of developing a model for the consumption of fuel and energy resources, consider one of them.

Alex Osbourne [6] considered energy saving in any field comes down essentially to reducing useless energy losses. Analysis of losses in the field of production, distribution and consumption of electricity shows that the majority of losses — up to 90% — are in the field of energy consumption, while losses in the transmission of electricity are only 9–10%.

The energy saving mode is especially relevant for mechanisms that work part time with reduced load — conveyors, pumps, fans, etc. There are many devices that can reduce losses during the operation of electrical equipment, the main of which are capacitor units and variable frequency drives. energy conservation concentrated precisely in the field of electricity consumption.

3.3 Overview of local sources

At Donetsk National Technical University, a student Alekseeva E.V., Development of a gas consumption forecasting subsystem, was involved in the issues of reducing the consumption of fuel and energy resources — the creation of such a computer subsystem that could adequately take into account all the factors affecting natural gas forecasting planning [7].

Similar topics were found by student D.A. Lisienko, Energy–saving technologies for saving electric energy — analysis of existing measures to reduce technological energy losses in electric networks and the development of a mathematical model of electric energy losses by regression analysis [8].

4. Existing control object model

The existing model of the facility management system is shown in picture 1.

  1. The report takes place in three forms:
    • report on the consumption of fuel and energy resources monthly;
    • report on the use of resources quarterly;
    • report on retail and wholesale trade annually.
  2. The company brings a paper report to the state enterprise Main Directorate of Statistics of the DPR. The economist of the department accepts the reports. And gives for verification.
  3. A check is carried out on the correctness of registration, whether the report is written in the correct form. The process takes place without the help of PC and software. Further, the report is subject to analysis using PC and software. This stage is carried out by the economist of the department [9].
  4. Аnalyze using static analysis programs (Statistica). The economist of the department produces this process. Further, the received analyzed numbers are to be entered into the database.
  5. The deputy head of the department manually enters the numbers into the database. Using software (Excel) [10].
  6. Then, the static observations are transmitted in paper form to the executive and administrative bodies of the Republic, territorial government bodies and other state organizations. This process is carried out by the head of the department.

5. The proposed model of the control object

The proposed model for the control object is shown in picture 2.

  1. The report takes place in three forms:
    • report on the consumption of fuel and energy resources monthly;
    • report on the use of resources quarterly;
    • report on retail and wholesale trade annually.
  2. The company sends the report in electronic form to the state enterprise Main Directorate of Statistics of the DPR. Reports are sent to the department’s private email address. Reports come in the program (Excel). Next, the report is submitted for verification.
  3. A check is carried out on the correctness of registration, whether the report is written in the correct form. The process occurs using PC and software (Excel). This stage is carried out by the economist of the department. Further, the report is subject to analysis using PC and software.
  4. Analyze using static analysis programs (Stata). The economist of the department produces this process. The analyzed numbers are transferred using software (HeidiSQL).
  5. The deputy head of the department transfers the numbers to the database. The database will be entered using software (Navicat).
  6. Then, the static observations are sent electronically to the electronic address of the purchasing department, above the standing body. Executive and administrative bodies of the Republic, territorial bodies of state administration and other state organizations. This process is carried out by the head of the department.

6. Organizational and economic support for the operation of the operation of the model for the control object

Novelty items

A system improvement model was chosen to facilitate the work of department employees. It is necessary to make some changes to the work process of the department, namely:

  1. collect reports from enterprises in electronic mode;
  2. use the program (STATA) for static analysis;
  3. use the program (Navicat) to create and introduce a database;
  4. use the program (HeidiSOL) to transfer the analyzed digits to the database;
  5. provide static information to higher authorities in electronic form.
Justification of the proposed improved management system

Changes were proposed because the process with these modified software and the collection of reports from enterprises in electronic mode will be more efficient and less resource–consuming, more time–saving and will increase the efficiency and efficiency of the department. Improving the management of static reporting systems will allow you to reach a more advanced level if you start using electronic reporting methods. For example, such as mail in vpn format. Submission of reports in electronic form will save time for processing static data, as well as increase the reporting plan.

The choice of software [12]

Stata provides users with the following statistical data analysis capabilities:

Cost of licensed STATA software: $995.

To improve this process, you will need new licensed software, in this case, this (Navicat), you may need new system parameters. To transfer the analyzed digits to the database, you need a program (HeidiSOL).

HeidiSQL, known as MySQL–Front, is a free, open source client for transferring to a database developed by the German programmer Ansgar Becker. Written in Delphi, Supports connecting and working with MySQL, their forks, such as MariaDB and Percona, as well as Microsoft SQL Server, starting with version 7.0.

The cost of a licensed HeidiSOL: 21000 rub.

NNavicat for MySQL is a graphical utility for managing and working with MySQL databases, which has a clear interface.

In addition to the usual functions for database administration, Navicat also offers the functions of import / export, backup and data transfer.

The cost of a licensed Navicat: 77 491.37 rub.

7. Evaluation of the cost–effectiveness of the proposed model for the control object conclusions

Costs of production preparation: you can allocate finances for the purchase of licensed programs with the help of which static observations will be created; working licensed accounts of systems for reporting, as well as e–mail accounts of employees to which reports from various departments will be sent.

Costs of implementation are negligible: funds of several tens of thousands of rubles, plus time for the transfer of personnel to new systems of automated systems, their training, retraining, implementation.

Cost of the Stata program: 45000 rub.

Cost of the Navicat program: 57000 rub.

Useful: reducing resource and time costs, plus reducing staff workload and increasing labor productivity.

Necessity in part: market demand: introduction of more modern reporting methods in various structures where there are any reports.

Conclusion

As a result of the research work, materials were collected and studied on issues related to the topic of the master's thesis.

The study described the existing model of the enterprise process and an improved model, with modified proposals in the organization of the department's work process, the rationale for the proposed management model, revealed elements of novelty in the proposed model.

Costs of implementation are negligible: funds of several tens of thousands of rubles, plus time for the transfer of personnel to new systems of automated systems, their training, retraining, implementation.

Cost of the Stata program: 45000 rub.

Cost of the Navicat program: 57000 rub.

Useful: reducing resource and time costs, plus reducing the staff load and getting rid of unnecessary empty costs.

The proposed model, namely, the implementation of work in electronic mode, can be used precisely at the Main Directorate of Statistics of the DPR, but it can be used not only in the department of trade statistics under consideration, but in all similar departments of the state enterprise.
