There in the small seaside city Oha was fated to meet and grow fond each other to Strigalyov Valery and Orlova Albina, and later to be born to me. My name is Olesya. Such gift to my parents was presented with destiny on June, 24, 1981 together with first rather warm beams of the Far East sun. And consequently, probably, the sea - my elements in which I feel constant need and which inspires me.
Wonderful landscapes since early years have woken in me love to drawing, as has resulted in an art studio. At me rather well it turned out. However very soon this employment seemed to me boring and uninteresting. Therefore mum has written down me on dances, and it has really grasped me. Gradually maturing, to dances and sports I any more did not change. In general, since the childhood I was very active, participated in all competitions, morning performances and so forth. Always it would be desirable to be the first, the best...
In 1988 I have gone to the first class of high school #5 cities of Oha where and further has continued to surprise all with the initiative, persistence. To this has increased also aspiration to new knowledge, and to study it would be desirable only on "5".
In 1991 my family has moved to Ukraine. The city Kramatorsk of Donetsk area was for us simply a point on a map about which almost it was known nothing. But we have very much grown fond of it, and have begun a new stage of our life in it .
For me it was a main recess too- new school and new friends, other language and other climate. Being trained in a comprehensive school #25 in a class with a physical and mathematical bias, I accepted active participation in various Olympiads. Pulled, certainly, to the exact sciences - physics and mathematics more. It was necessary to go and on regional Olympiads and to borrow prize-winning places. Then and has had the luck to live in Donetsk. And already then I have felt, what exactly is necessary to become this city mine. In the sense that here I have more, than no matter where it would be desirable to live, create and achieve successes.
During out-of-school time continued to be engaged in dances, went on navigation. Game in a chess carried away, even was engaged with the grand master.
Due to good teachers, such, as Neshetnaya Alexandra, Zhukova Ludmila, Fedorenko Oksana, etc. has received good base for the further training in high school.
In 1998 has left school with a gold medal and thought, that all roads are open, and for me wait everywhere. Dreamed of mathematical faculty Donetsk state university. But I have reconsidered the plans and have decided, that the speculate should be modern and help me in the further to live with pleasure - a combination of economic and the law it seemed ideal.
In result has chosen a speculate " Management of the enterprises " with specialization " Legal aspects of management " in the Donbass institute of techniques and management of International scientific and technical university. Then after the first rate has continued training at Donetsk state technical university for like specialties.
In 2002 has received the red bachelor's degree and has arrived in a magistracy. Study still carried away, and ideas about employment by a science at a professional level have started to arise, that is to be the teacher.
Now I work above a theme: " Perfection of organizational structures of management at the large machine-building enterprises ". I think decision this problem is actual for ukrainian enterprises, it is especial in connection with occurring process of transformation of market relations. In fact depending on a stage of life cycle it is necessary to know as correctly from the professional point of view and with the minimal costs to transfer operation of business to other circuit, that is to change type organizational structures and to make its adequate to modern economic conditions. Therefore necessity available at the enterprise of the expert which can provide preparation now has increased and carry out directly transition to new organizational structure of management.
Even I shall tell more, I think, it is necessary to expand preparation of experts on this direction of management. Expediently and opening of a new specialty on faculty of management and the economic right.
Also it seems to me, that at training in Donetsk national technical university it is necessary to consider teaching legal disciplines more seriously. In spite of the fact that our university - technical, a profound knowledge in this area are very necessary for graduates also their practical value, perhaps is conclusive. It is ready to bring in own contribution to development of new directions of activity of university.
Probably one of first steps to this will be receipt in postgraduate study and work above the master's thesis. Also it would be desirable to achieve successes and on a business field, my dream - to organize own business.
And the main thing, I think our overall aim should become aspiration to increase a mental potential of Ukraine and to promote that all achievements of science and technology, including developed in our state, took root at the domestic enterprises, found reflection in their activity and, thus, resulted in increase of their competitiveness and long-term financial stability.
