Welcome to Panoff Dmitry's personal page. Here I'll try shortly tell about myself.

I was born on 20th of December 1981 in Donetsk. Parents: Yuriy Borisovich Panoff and Irina Mitrofanovna Panoffa.

My childhood was very intersting: when I was 4 i went to the North - to Yakutiya- town Khandiga, where my parents aleady lived and worked. The most exciting memories of that period are: snow that 1.5m in deep, -40...-50 C degrees below zero, beautiful north weather: north forest - tayga, bushes of "golubika" and whole fields, covered with "brusnika", polar days, when sun doesn't go down all day and night long and polar nights, when it arises only for a few hours, river-ice melting, that begins in May and it sounds like shooting, and a pan of cabbage soup, that Momma put out of the window when it was -40, to become cool :) Most of all I remember a North shining, that takes a half of the sky and snow mirages, when you're looking to the sky and seeing two same suns :-).

On the North I was more than two years. After that we went to my aunt to Danmark. Of course, there were a lot of remembers: Andersen's Mermaid, Kronborg- castle, where Gamlet was killed in Helsinore, Luna-park in Copenhagen - Tivoli, Copenhagen's channels journey Royal palace, changing of royal guard, what can I say - go and see by yourself (tickets you can order here :) )

Return tickets were dated by 19th of August 1991. And it happens so, that when we arrived early morning to Moscow it was the beginning of putsch. I remember, when we were going from Sheremetevo 2 to Domodedovo or Vnukovo to Moscow-Donetsk plane, and suddenly we saw the army column. Of course everybody were impressed, but didn't make any attention to this. But when we arrived to Donetsk we heard that there was a revolution in country, that Gorbachev was thrown down, that a Donetsk plane was the last and after it the airport was closed. And it happens so, that we went from one country and arrived to other one.

After that my life became calmly. In six years I began studying English. In 1989 I entered to special, with deep studying mathematics and physics, school N17. In first classes I was restless child, but it didn't disturbed me to receive all excellent marks in 3rd class.

After that my marks were most of all "good" and "excellent". In 8th class I went to special class with deep studing of mathematics and physics. In 1999 I 've ended school and entered to Donetsk National Technical University(that time it was Donetsk State Technical University) to Computer Systems and Networks. The choose of speciality was caused by great intrest to exact sciencies, including computer technologies, which I've met in the last school classes.

Now I'm tryig to receive masters degree and studing at the other speciality - "Finances"- to receive second high education in International University of Financies.

The choose of second speciality was caused by great future of computer system an networks and finance specialities linked together.

My hobbies: sport, especially basketball and tennis, music - I like listening different styles, but prefer blues, rock, soul, art-rock, sometimes like to listen good rap. And of cource reading.

Two - three, depends of monitor resolution, strings about my professional skills:

Good, sometimes excellent knowledge programming languages: Assembler, C/C++, Java, DOS/Windows/*nix shell languages, including Bash, Perl, system administration Windows (Win9x/WinNT/2000) and *nix (Linux,FreeBSD) systems, knowledge of Web-programming (HTML, Perl/CGI, JavaScript), experience of working as a network administrator for TCP/IP and IPX/SPX networks, good knowledge of computing systems architecture, experience in tuning and repairing of different kinds of peripheral devices.
