THE CURRICULUM VITAE

I was born on March 6, 1983 in city Dzerzhinsk of Donetsk area. During preschool age I changed three kindergartens, which I did not like because tiresome nurses forced us to drink boiled milk and eat semolina. But I liked frequent holidays, where we were given gifts for participation in competitions and scenes. At the age of five I could read the newspapers. I was a great knowledge-seeker in my childhood.

In 1993 I went to the comprehensive school N13. I studied perfectly. I always took part in Olympiads in various subjects, especially in physics and mathematics. I won prize-winning places. School has finished with a gold medal.

Two years has devoted to study military arts, I mean karate. In section new friends have appeared and I support relationships with them now.

In 2000 I entered the Donetsk National Polytechnic university on the faculty of mining geology. I passed my entrance exam in mathematics successfully and entered the university easily. It’s pleasant that I was enrolled to study on the budget form of payment.

The specialty was chosen not casually. I was interested in various kinds of minerals and their formation. Some of them lie on the depth in creasy structures, the others are formed on a flat district. Answering on these questions, we become closer to nature, there is an opportunity to visit the different countries of the world. The geology is an extensive and interesting science, it’s set of ways to realize oneself. Nowadays the geologists are not so claimed, but to change this situation and to put geology on a qualitatively new level is in our forces.

Since the first days of study at university I have felt the heaviness and responsibility of students. The quality of getting knowledge depends on desire and persistence. The special diligence has shown at study of exact sciences. Many teachers explained their subjects comprehensibly and clearly. Due to them it was easy to study. It was necessary to spend much time at the library learning humanitarian sciences. This time was spent with benefit, because knowledge received from the additional literature was useful during the session.

The terms passed quickly. I am on the fifth course now, but it seems to me that I am still standing by the door of a reception commission.

The university gives not only a profound knowledge, but there are a lot of good friends, various acquaintances. At first friends appear in the group, then in a hostel, and by the end of the fifth course we understand, that we know almost each student of university. The memoirs on group have left in my soul a warm trace. I often meet some of our guys. We share our impressions and give each other advices.

There are many good teachers on our faculty. They will support and help us. If something interests or an advice is necessary, they will find free minute for us.

From subjects on a specialty I always liked coal geology. That’s why my master’s theme is directly connected with a coal. My master’s work is called «Learning of gas-carrying coal layers at the mine named after ‘Voroshylov’ in ‘Dzerzhinskcoal’». My scientific leader is Yagnisheva Tatiana Vasilyevna. She is an expert in the field of mine geology. She is a good, experienced and competent teacher in her subject and simply sympathetic woman. Tatiana Vasilyevna always finds a spare time for the students and can supply them with exhaustive information. She taught us a coal geology and it influenced on a choice of my master’s theme greatly.

The future of specialty depends on students, from their interest in the given sphere. The new disciplines of a profound knowledge of computer technologies are introduced at the faculty. Ukraine is rich in various minerals, which could be useful to people. The geology should promote it.

In future I would like to become the teacher. I want to teach students and give them my knowledge. Maybe I’ll make useful discoveries in the field of mine geology. I hope that my dreams will become true, at least, I shall apply all my efforts to it. I shall try to use knowledge which I received at the university.
