Zosim Maxim Nikolaevich

I was born in Donetsk on 10 August 1982. I was the only child in the prosperous family. I was indulged, but not spoiled. Every summer our family went to the sea. I had happy and glad childhood. In 1984 all family moved to urban-type community Telmanovo.

In 1988 I entered school of urban-type community Telmanovo I-III grade. I studied well in school. I finished 11-th class with only one four-mark. I liked algebra, geometry, information science. During 10-th and 11-th classes I took part in regional competitions in the information science and algebra.

During my school years I was actively going in for sports: basketball, football, track and field athletics. During my sports school life I achieved much success. I have a lot of diplomas. I proud that won 1-th place in regional competitions in running. Our basketball team, in which I was, repeatedly has won in regional competitions.

In 9-th class I showed interest to computers and computer technical. During same time at me my first computer has appeared. Since 9-th class I was studding computer literature.

In 1999 I entered to Donetsk State Technical University (DonSTU, wich from 2002 is DonNTU - Donetsk National Technical University) on the faculty «Computer Information Technologies and Automatics» on specialty «Information Control Systems and Technologies». The choice was made with the appreciation of importance and necessity of this specialty in the future, and served it's purpose of course, the interest to the computer. In my opinion education in university gives many-sided knowledge wich too need in our live.

Education in university is concerned with certain difficulties in each of us, but they were never influenced on my progress in studies. During education I have understood that computer is universal tool, which applicable in every point of the world. During special subjects I have learnt programming languages such as Turbo Pascal, Turbo C, C ++, Delphi, C ++ Builder, and database administration, for example, Access, Visual FoxPro, SQL Server.

In 2004 after receiving the bachelor's degree of the computer's sciences, I have decided to enter to the magistrates. Studies in magistracy is getting of new knowledge's for me and also door to the new future trends. In the future I see myself as specialist, wich work in favorite business and this business will satisfy me both morally and materially.

When I have done practical work on the firm, wich made software support, I understood that the main problem of any organization was low-quality management decisions. It's induced me, I think, to choose the theme of master's works, wich connected with analysis of efficiency management decisions. The scientific adviser of my master's works is senior lecturer of the chair of foreign economic activities Docenko Georgiy Vasilyevich.

The future of my specialty I see quite unperspective, as our system of education not take into consideration the development of labour-market. The boom of programmers has finished, but there are a lot of students of this specialties. That's why I want to get second higher education in management course.

Within the next few years I will going to work like a manager and to get second higher education. I see in this course certain perspectives and will try to achieve it.

I dream of my firm and make practice in my favorite work — development and application of the projects of different level for small-scale enterprises and large-scale enterprises to business. I dream to see this world.

I feel in myself organizational and communicative qualities, and I think, that well know about psychology of public conduct. I have well sense of humor and can move every offence to the good joke. But most important my quality is an assiduity and patience in tasking long solutions. I think, that information of my characteristic will influence not latest role in my future.
