Have skills in the using the next ones operational systems Windows 9x, Windows Me, Windows XP; program packages Microsoft Office, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe InDesign, Adobe PageMaker, I know 3D MAX, Pinnacle Studio, Cool Editor Pro, such web browsers Internet Explorer, Opera, and many other software. I study the principles of the operationn and programming methods of the next-ones families of microcontrollers: AT Mega, PIC, PHILIPS. I improve my skills in programming on Delphi and C++.

  I, Topchiy Vladimir Aleksandrovich, was born in Donetsk on 22nd june 1984. My parents are: mother – Topchiy Svetlana Vasilivna is electrical trunk commications, my father – Topchiy Aleksandr Ivanovich, is electician. My sister, Topchiy Oksana Aleksandrovna, was born in 1987. Now she is a student of DonNTU.

  I went to the kindergarten at the age of 2 years (1986 - 1990). The days when teachers have read books aloud were sticked to my memory. I liked to take part in morning perfomances, and New Year's parties. I didn't like dancing, but I liked to declaim poems.
  There was a special place in our kindergarten where we were keeping hamsters, parrots, fishes in aquariums. I liked animals very much, as and other children do. It remained so far. Recollections from my childhood are especially dear to my heart.

  I went to the first form of the school-gymnasium №21 in 1991. The school years are the best in the life for every one. My first school-masters has introduced herself to us after the "first ring" ceremony. She was our form-master for the first three years. As for me, the mohst interesting subjects were lessons of reading and designing lessons. I liked to retell to my class-master interesting books. I have took part in the fast reading competitions and I took the second place. Creative thinking was typical for me. For example, i liked to design buildings using mecanno.

  Thus, three years had glided away. Next, our form was divided into four parts according to result in studies. I had experinced soem difficulties when I was transfered to the senior school. The number of subjects increased. There was a lot of new pupils in our form. So, I tried to find friends among of them. Many of them became my friends. Some of them are still my friends, because they are time-proved. We can talk for hours when I meet with them.

  We studied a lot of various subject at our school. It was easy for me to study Physics, Informatics, Mathematics, Literature, Geography, Biology. As for me, the most interesting subject among of them was Physics. Physics teachers was the best one. The first computer that I saw was "ZX-Spectrum". I started to use computer equipement to prepare my hometasks since the 10th form. My reports on Physics and compositions for Literature lessons were made me compliments for them. I took active part in the scholl and regional competitions. I liked visit to museuns and theatres, to rest in forest with my class-masters.

  In 2001 I entered the Donetsk National Technical University on the speciality: "Electrotechnical systems of electrical consumption". A lot of conditions influed on my choice of the speciality. On the one hand my parents are electrical engineers. I also was found of exact sciences at school. I was enterested in technics, computer technologies. On the other hand power supply is an actual branch of science. Many of my friends studied in the Donetsk polytechical institut. They have influenced on my choise of the university. After I have passed the entrance examination I was taken in the Electrotechical departement. I found an information about the French group by a chance. After discussions with my parents I decided to study in the French Technical Faculty (FTF).

  Compared to the scholl, studying was difficult, but I had time to take part in the competitions. The first one was the French Language competition. Mr. G. S. Kliagin, FTF dean, has awarded me for myu participation. The second was the descreptive geometry competition. In the second year of studies my scientific work on philosophy has took the first place at the student's scientific works competition. I was awarded with a diploma signed by E. A. Bachlov. The same year I take part in the scientific conference on French. My report takes the third place. As far as possible I took an active part in different conferences.

  I helped many lecturers to make up manuals, books.
  In the third year I starded to work in the advertising design to studio, where I apply all my computer skills.
  When I recieved the bachelor's degree certificate I decided to continue my studies to recieve master's degree. My Doctor of technical Sciences, professor of chair ESPS of DonNTU, member of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, member of IAEE E. G. Koorenny I study questions of electromagnetic compatibility in the electric mains. My report "Electromagnetic compatibility of the energy-efficient lamps by the value of the voltage flicker" took the second place at the All-Ukrainian scientific conference in Sevastopol.

  After protection of my mastre's thesis I'm going to work in the field of my speciality.
  I want to make researches in the domain of the power supply for perfect my knowledges. I want to visit many different countries to see the world by my eyes.
