My
Biography
I
was born on the 3d of July 1984 in the city of Donetsk. In my childhood
parents have cultivated in me love of art. When I was 6, I became a
member of “Heat-ligtning” dancing band.
On the 1st of September 1991 I became a first grader of Donetsk school
¹37. It was my first step on a long way towards knowledge. I remember my
first teacher being a kind, open-minded and just person.
My favourite subjects were math, physics, history and biology. That made
me take part in school olympiads at these disciplines.
While studying in school I continued taking dance classes in Greek dance
band called “Panair”. In 1997 I went to Greece. And in 2001 I was
rewarded with “A valuable contribution to Greek culture revival and
development” prize.
While studying at school I became true friends with lots of people. And
I keep in touch with them till now.
Although I had a time of my life studying at school, I had to start
thinking of my future. The time came to chose the field of studies in
the university. I decided to take after my parents who have worked all
their lives at metallurgy. My dad, Lolenko S.A., worked at
“Azovstal’”,”DMP” and “EMS” plants. He passed a long way from being a
plant foreman to becoming a technical control manager. My mom, Lolenko
I.Y., presently works as a system engineer at the express “ZKL”
laboratory of “DMP” plant. So I decided to chose a major related to the
field of metallurgy.
In May 2001 I passed rating exams to enter the Physics-Metallurgy
faculty of Donetsk National Technical University and get a major in
Indutry Heating Engineering.
From the first to the fifth year of studying in the university I have
been my group leader. And at the third year of studies I became a leader
of the whole course. I have always been a responsible executive of
Dean’s office directions and an active participant of on the faculty
activities.
After all these years I understand that I made a right choice of major.
I also believe that hard studies made me a diligent, responsible and
sociable person. As a result of my hard work I have received a bachelor
diploma with excellence.
I decided to proceed with my studies and get a Master’s degree. During
my master’s program I took part in Philosophy conference and Science Day
student conference in May 2006. Reading magazines dedicated to my field
of studies and communicating with university professors I decided that
my master’s project topic would be “Development of heating engineering
bases for optimization of thermal work of of high qualities CC”.
Inspite of the fact that at the moment the development level of
continuous pouring technologies is rather high, there is still a great
number of problems to be solved. The problems of the continuous bars
quality, the increase in CC productivity and the expansion of poured
steel range are among them.
I see the optimization and mathematical modeling methods as the most
effective to find the solution of problems listed above. One of the
objectives of optimization task is the increase of existing at CC
production indices. To attain this objective is equal to widening of
pouring steel range, increase in steel bars quality and ,if necessary,
increase of pouring speeds.
After graduating the university I would like to get an experience
working in the field of metallurgy, as it is important for me to get a
practical confirmation of theoretical knowledge.
