Theme of the masters work: Development of device and technology of the liner plugging

Fastening of the chinkes by casing strings takes the important place in the technology of chinks building, providing prevention of complications and reduction of costs for their liquidation. At the same time this kind of work increases time for the construction of the chinks and their cost.

The casing strings are used in drilling, which leads to the surface of the ground, and dormat casing strings,that do not lead to the surface (DCS). The advantage of the DCS is a sharp reduction of the charge for pipes casing and reduction of time for the fastening; disadvantage of the DCS is impossibility of the extraction and utilization of the column and the troubles connected with the isolation of the backlash between the hole wall and the top end of thå column.

Now there are various devices for the fastening of DCS at drilling oil wells and gas-wells. The administration of backfill materials in oil wells is made by pouring under the pressure upwards in enough big backlash. The experience of oilmen cannot be used, because in the conditions of the prospecting drilling the backlashes between hole walls and pipes comprise 2-3 mm and it is impossible to place the similar designs in them.

Thats why it is recommended to use a new approach of the technical decision to increase the reliability of isolation, intented for the performance of the certain actions from an internal part of a pipe. The primary goal of the masters work is the development of the device, which will be simple enough and cheap and by the way such device will have high reliability of hermetic sealing.

I have developted such an device.It looks like a construction of the DCS, which allows to place germetic structure directly in the lowered column and to squeeze out this structure between hole walls and a pipe for the filling of backlash upwards.

The developed device allows to reduce expenses of the time and materials, in outher words it allows to diminish limits of the works on chinks fastening with the preservation of results of fastening
