The construction of a chink is a toilful engineering-technological process, quite often complicated with various sort of failures which reduce labour productivity and raise the cost price of chisel works. The elimination of a failure takes from 5 up to 10 % of working hours per one year. Frequently the reasons of writing chinks off which did not executed the geological task are also failures and complications.
Development and introduction of the effective methods and means of the prevention and liquidation of prikhvati are one of the actual problems of the prospecting drilling.
All created devices should be entered in small diameters of modern chinks, and at crossing complicated dangerous zones of prikhvati should be easy and fast included in structure of a chisel shell. In connection with necessity of the further modernisation of the prospecting organizations and equiping them with highly effective equipment and the hardware, mechanisms should correspond to the best world samples and standards too for the prevention and liquidations of prikhvati.
The constructive circuit of the final valve and the differential piston was earlier developed and tested (it is more simple in manufacturing and reliable in exploitation) for the vibrator of hydraulic with the diameter of 178 mm. Therefore the modernization of the design of the vibrator hydraulic VH-178 was made.
The description of the mechanism.
In comparison with existing hydroudarnics the vibrator hydraulic VH-178 has the following advantages. With the purpose of increase of reliability of work due to protection of the inlet valve from a high-speed pressure washing liquids, the adapter and the switching centre are supplied with the horizontal partitions established on an input of liquid, thus delivery channels in the adapter are displaced concerning an axis of the mechanism aside, opposite to exhaust apertures. For maintenance of the automatic start and stop of the machine, and also for its inclusion in structure of a shell to the bottom anvil, the adapter fastens which has the through channel in which the spring-loaded starting valve is established. If the unpackaged prikhvat took place in a chink then the situation at which the vibrator hydraulic will work unstably is possible. Therefore it is necessary to develop the additional prefix allowing compulsorily to block a current of liquid to face under liquidation of the prikhvat for the vibrator hydraulic. VH-178 will be improved and changes will be brought in the design.
After occurrence of prikhvat it is necessary to take a column of boring pipes onto a surface and then to lower the device for liquidation of prikhvat in the chink. However time for liquidation of prikhvat can be reduced in some times because VH-178 allows to carry out liquidation of prikhvat not lifting the chisel tool.
The average cost of one shift makes 0,5 thousand hrn. The time of liquidation of one prikhvat makes 3 - 12 shifts. VH-178 allows to reduce time for liquidation of prikhvat up to 1-2 shifts. As a result of it the economy of money resources on liquidation of one prikhvat will make 1,04 - 5,2 thousand hrn. Inclusion of the vibrator hydraulic in structure of a chisel shell for its operative application increased probability and sped up the process of liquidation of even the most difficult and heavy prikhvats. Besides there was a reduction of expenses of time for auxiliary operations as disappeared necessity for the detachment of the free part of a column, its extraction onto the surface, a descent of the vibrator on it in a chink and connection with the prikhvat column set.
