MODEL OF IMPULSIVE HEATING IN HEATER WELLS WITH ONE OVERHEAD GAS-RING
The mathematical model of the impulsive heating is developed in heater wells with one overhead gas-ring.
Numeral calculations on the developed mathematical model showed advantages of chart of the impulsive
heating as compared to the base mode: increase of the productivity of well due to the decline of time;
decline of expense of fuel.
One of methods of improvement of evenness of the temperature field in a heater well, there is application of the
impulsive heating essence of which consists of the following: continuous serve in the working chamber of fuel
and air in the period of getting up of temperature and their impulsive serve in the period of self-control.
Switching from the minimum expense of fuel on maximal is carried out at the overfall of temperatures in
working space of stove between hotter and cold points, and switching from a maximal value to minimum - under
reaching the set temperature in the hot point of working space of stove.
With the purpose of determination of basic parameters of heating of bars and temperature state of well, and
also exposure of efficiency of the impulsive heating, the attended model, consisting in the joint decision
of tasks of the unstationary temperature field of metal and obmurovki (laying) and thermal balance, is developed.
The temperature field of the multi-layered laying is determined on a non-obvious chart the method of
driving away by the decision of odnomernogo equalization of heat conductivity at constancy of GU III family for set time.
The developed model is component part of the mathematical providing of the system of the mathematical adjusting
of the impulsive mode of heating, which comports with by information of experimentally-industrial researches.
