V.V. Pashynsky takes an active part in research activity. A main direction of investigations concerned with developmen and improvement of materials for working in conditions of combined mecanical and thermic weighting. On the results of works published more then 100 scientific articles and received 12 certificates of authorship in USSR and licence in Ukraine. Within the framework, which realize in common with SPО “Donix” in participation V.V. Pashynsky developed and applied in industry technologie of production hardmetal forming rolls for high-speed rolling mills and heavy hardmetal bandage for rolls of  profiled mill.

On base of current information and industrial experience he prepared and gived a courses: ”Powder and Composition Materials”, ”Steels and alloys with special characteristics”. Besides, among courses which giving such такие disciplines as ”Teory of Heat Treatment”, ” Crystallography and Mineralogy”. Last is giving in English too. Today is giving a course “Foreign language of professional relations” for undergraduates in speciality ” Materials Science” and conducts classes at a discipline ” Technical Translation”.
