АВSTRACT

    On the market of the programming means there exist programmes PLENER, which give the map of the atmosphere pollution including possible throwings by the definate enterprise. However on the market of the programming means there are no programmes which register and analyse the atmosphere in the city. The gazering of the infirmation assumes the system of instruments for the people to know the situation about the harmful substances in the city's atmosphere

    The aim of the artide is to explore and to work out the informational and programming provision for the introduction and defermind the tendencies for the changing of the pollution by the ecological cadaster in towns and cities.

    The ecological cadaster is an integral part of the city management of the ecological sitnation, a long-term planning and forcast, does the ecological publicity in the city

    The informational-analytical system mentioned below is devoled to the questions of throwing into the city's atmosphere by means of transport.

    The system is for the automatic calculation of the atmosphere pollution by means of transport according to the methodology by the Ministry of Protection of the Invironmental Nature of Ukraine. The outcoming data are the information given by enterprises about the quantity of the throwngs polluting substance by ingridients. If there are some changes in the given data there should be the correction of all calculations. The system forsces the calculations and receiving of the standart reference information. The analyses of the pollution structure is another innportant function of systems.

    Another important function of this system is the analyses of the pollution's structure. This analyses is made both for the placed wastes and for the utilized wastes. There is the fomula of the calculation of the linear factor of the structure's changes for the analyses of the pollution's structure.

    The analyses of this factor allows to defermine if there were substantial changes of the structures of the polluting sources.

    The analyses of the placed harmful substances in some districts of the city shows the spreading of this pollution.

    The theoretical side of the subject has been analysed in this artide. On the bases of the informational-analytical system of the provision of the structure of the city's pollution by the means of transport.
