Actuality

Recently much attention in telecommunication addresses on construction of networks of various purpose on small industrial segments, it is promoted by increase of productivity, to be exact gathering of the industrial information and the control of a condition of the equipment over fast detection of malfunction and its elimination. The majority of the enterprises build telecommunication network without consideration such parameters the operating mode. That negatively affects both work of the network and at the enterprise as a completely. The decision of tasks on development of modes of telecommunication network is one of priorities at the organization of effective work of the large enterprises.

The Purposes and Tasks of Work

The purpose of work consists in improvement of an existing network and development of operating modes for it.

The purposes:

  1. Research of object;
  2. Development of models of a network;
  3. Research of characteristics of a network;
  4. Modeling a network of various loadings;
  5. Optimization of a network;
  6. Development of operating modes;
  7. Development of recommendations at the choice of the equipment and adjustments of a network.

Alleged Scientific Novelty

Consists in developments of operating modes for the control of work of the industrial equipment.

Prospective Practical Value

With a glance of operating modes to improve an existing network of an electromechanical factory “Sensor”, which is the large enterprise of manufacture of the electronic equipment. The account of operating modes in a telecommunication network should affect positively productivity of all system, and in particular on its characteristics.

The Review of Exiting Decision and Development

At the given stage of construction of corporate telecommunication network a plenty of technologies is used, below this basic technologies which can be used at the enterprise will be examined, where the distance between units makes no more than 2 kilometers.

Technology Ethernet

Technology Ethernet in a wide extent the whole family of technologies which include different firm and standard variants.

Advantages of technology:

  1. The most widespread through simplicity of a configuration;
  2. The greatest possible throughput from 5,48 Mb/s up to 9,75 Mb/s for the staff of the minimal and maximal length;
  3. At absence of collision the factor of congestion of a network makes the maximum value 0.56;
  4. Ethernet supports 4 different types of the staff which have the general format of addresses the standard defines the specification for all types of the physical environment (from a coaxial cable up to fiber-optical ).

Lacks of technology:

  1. At change of parameters of network of a collision can not recognition at congestion of a network it is more than on 50% useful throughput sharply decreases;
  2. Technology Ethernet for today is the optimal decision in branch of construction of inexpensive networks with high throughput.

Technology ISDN

Advantages of technology:

  1. Opportunity of expansion of a network on existing infrastructures;
  2. Granding of the wide spectrum of services;
  3. Support of two types of interfaces-initial and the basic.

Lacks of technology:

  1. Obligatory presence of the terminal termination from the subscribe and network/from ISDN networks;
  2. The basic speeds of transfer 64Kbit/s…1920Kbit/s.

Technology of xDSL

The basic technologies xDSL: ADSL, RADSL, HDSL, SDSL, IDSL, MDSL, VDSL. DSL – a digital users line. Difference of technology xDSL from other technologies is use of methods of coding and modulation (2B1Q, CAP) Technologies xDSL are subdivided on symmetric and asymmetric. Symmetric technologies is when speed of the receiver and the transmitter are identical (HDSL, SDSL, IDSL, MDSL). Asymmetric technologies is when speed on reception considerably above speed on transfer (ADSL, RADSL, VDSL). Symmetric technologies ideally approach for use in the common networks. Asymmetric technologies XDSL approach for room sector, for granting high quality communication to private subscribers for work in Internet, video on demand.

Technology Profibus

Report Profibus is intended for high-speed data transmission at a level of drivers of sensors. At this level the controllers for examples programmed logic controllers, exchange data with the peripheral devices through fast consecutive communication. Data exchange occurs to these distributes devices basically cyclically. The central conf devices basically cyclically. The central conf roller reads out entrance data from the conducted devices and sends back conducted device target data. Imported that the cycle of the controller which is equal the majority of appendices approximately 10 ms.

Technology of transfer:

  1. The maximal distance of 200 m at 1,5 Mb/s, expanded by means of repeaters;
  2. Twisted pair or fiber-optical cable EIARS485;
  3. 9,6 Kbit/s up to 1,5 Mbit/s.

All above listed technologies can be applied in territory with distance between units no more than 2 km, and for gathering of the information from equipment the special system of monitoring will answer. These all tasks are broken into the levels responsible for their performance. For this purpose the special technical centers , will be organized, as the technical centers can act the personal computer.

Its possible to allocate 2 types of the technical centers:

  1. The center of technical management;
  2. The center of maintenance service.

The center of technical management will curry out following function:

  1. Reception of the information about interesting technical equipment or all network in tote;
  2. Accumulation and processing of work statistic;
  3. Interaction with technical maintenance service.

Technical- Maintrance Service:

  1. Gathering the information on a technical condition of the served equipment;
  2. Interaction with the center of technical management .

In case of the organization of monitoring the scheme is under construction by a hierarchical principle. The given system of gathering of the information is presented in scheme 1

The Received and Planned Result:

At the given stage of my work are considered such points:

  1. Analysis of object of research;
  2. Modelling the traffic;
  3. Analysis of technologies of telecommunication construction;
  4. Designing a telecommunication network.

From the analysis of object it has been established the following:

  1. The existing network does not cover all territory of the enterprise;
  2. The enterprise there is a wide number of the industrial eguipment which is not supervised by an existing telecommunication network;
  3. The telecommunication network is not multiservice.

on the basis of results recieved at research of object the decision on creation of a new network which will cover all territory of the enterprise was accepted and to provide the working personnel with all necessary services of communication.

The second point was “Modelling of the Traffic” in scheme2 frequency ranges for the basic kinds of telecommunication services are presented.

For perfomance of the given task have benn chosen following kinds of the traffic:

  1. Telephony;
  2. Fax;
  3. Transfer of files;
  4. Data by inquiry;
  5. Search of document;
  6. Internet.

calculation approximate maximal loadings on each unit where the intercentral and intranetwork traffic does not exceed 100 Mbit\s, have been made for these kinds of the traffic as a result of which were recieved, and the external traffic makes 1821 Kbit\s

On the basis of the analysis of construction of telecommunication networks following technologies have been chosen:

  • For intracentral connection has been chosen technology Fast Ethernet 100 Base TX;
  • For intercentral connection has been chosen technology Fast Ethernet 100 Base FX;
  • For connection to a network has been chosen the Internet technology HDSL;
  • For connection of the industrial equipment in the common network for its control has been chosen technology ProfiBus .

    The choice of technologies was based on such parameters as throughput and distance between objects. On the basis of calculation of the traffic and data about a site of objects the equipment has been chosen the following:

    1. Intracentral switchboard Catalyst 2924 M XL;
    2. Intercentral router Cisco 3600 and Cisco 7200 with voice ports;
    3. Office mini telephone cycle – independent station Philips is3010.

    In the further work construction of an industrial telecommunication network and modelling of a network in view of operating modes on the basis of system of monitoring is planned.

    The Conclusion

    During performance of research work principles of construction and development of a computer network for electromechanical factory "Sensor" on the basis of modern technologies have been investigated, and also research of object and a substantiation of necessity of creation of a new telecommunication network is made.

    Object of research at carrying out of scientific work was the general{common} computer network of an electro-mechanical factory «Sensor». The analysis of development of a computer network on the basis of modern electronic technical equipment has been carried out. The offered common computer network which is under construction on use of the modern equipment will be irreplaceable for trouble-free work of the enterprise.
