Anna Vadimovna Kuznetsova

        I graduated from Donetsk National Technical University in 2006 in the sphere of Engineering Mechanics. I have the diploma of bachelor with distinction, the average mark is 5. At present I am doing a master's degree course on speciality “Technology of Machine Building”. I am a member of the Academic Council of Mechanical Faculty and a Chairman of Trade Unions of students and post-graduates. I am good at exact sciences and languages. I speak Russian, Ukrainian and English. Personal qualities: communicative, purposeful, attentive, open-minded, have organizational abilities. I am experienced in such computer programs as Microsoft Office, Pascal, Delphi, КОМПАС-3D, AutoCAD, T-FLEX CAD, ТехноПро, Aвтопроект, Solid Works, Cosmos Works, ANSYS, MathCAD.

        I was born on December 25, 1984 in Donetsk (Ukraine). My parents Vadim Lvovich Kuznetsov and Valeriya Alexandrovna Kuznetsova graduated from Donetsk Polytechnic Institute on speciality “Mechanical Equipment of Ferrous Metallurgy Plants” in 1984. They both have the engineer-mechanic qualifications (diplomas with distinction). In 1989 my parents divorced and I was brought up only by my mother.

        In 1992 I went to the secondary school №100 of Donetsk. Next year I entered the musical school №2 of Donetsk to play the piano. I studied with great pleasure. I was admitted to the preparatory group of the ensemble of national dance “Miner’s Youth” in 1997. Two years later I became a dancer of the basic staff of the ensemble. I do remember this period of my life: people here were friendly, we frequently took part in the concerts not only in Donetsk, but also beyond its boundaries. Permanent rehearsals and performances made my life interesting and pleasant, it developed independence.

        In 1999 I started attending the comprehensive secondary school №111 of Donetsk. I finished it with the gold medal in 2002. I constantly attended contests on different subjects during my studying and often won the first prizes. I also took part in sport competitions and concert programs. Every year I was rewarded with praiseworthy certificates. I was the monitor of my class.

        In 2002 I entered the Mechanical Faculty of Donetsk National Technical University and chose the specialty “Technology of Machine Building”. During the whole course of studying I was the monitor of my group. In 2005 I was elected a Chairman of Trade Unions of students and post-graduates of Mechanical Faculty. I was often rewarded with honorary credentials by DonNTU and The Board on affairs of family and youth of Donetsk Regional State Administration. I took active part in scientific technical conferences and different contests. From 2003 till 2006 I attended the course of English language on the base of DonNTU and the Institute of International Cooperation. I passed my exams successfully and received a Certificate of «Intensive course of level Upper-Intermediate».

        Even during the first year of study I made up my mind to continue my education at the master's degree course. The Assistant Professor of the chair “Technology of Machine Building”, the Candidate of Technical Sciences Tatiana Georgievna Ivchenko became my supervisor. She is a highly skilled and objective instructor, an excellent teacher and a very good person.

        I also met a lot of friends in DonNTU. The atmosphere was always very friendly and merry in both groups of “Technology of Machine Building” speciality from the first course. We helped each other in our studying, celebrated different holidays together. At the weekends we left our crowded and dusty streets in order to take the day off from “heavy” student’s working days. We went to the countryside, ate kebabs, played volleyball and enjoyed ourselves.

        We went to Svyatogorsk on our winter vacations. My group-mates and I heroically reached the top of the Artem mountain without any special equipment, visited Svyatogorskiy monastery. When the weather was snowy and frosty we went skiing. In the evenings we played the guitar and sang songs. In the summer time my group-mates and me had a rest at the seaside far from the heat of factories and dumps of plants. A great number of photographs reminds me about this. These photos will never make me forget these happy years of studying at DonNTU.
