Abstract
The most important term for efficient and safe work of mines is to provide the working condition of the whole system of opening, preparatory and adjoining to the coal losses in the safety pillars.
Actuality of the working co volition of workings is increasingly growing because of the deepening of mining in all the main coal basins and more complicated mining and geological conditions.
Scientific and research work and operational experience have shown that it is possible to provide no repair maintenance of the workings even in the deepest mines and under difficult mining and geological conditions with the reduction of expenditures and coal losses in the pillars in terms of their right location in the massif methods and parameters of protection and means of maintenance on the basic of engineering calculations of the massif shift, rock shift on the support.
The stability of the deep mines depends on the boundaries of the purification and performance of the supports.
