Short biography:
Childhood:
I was born in Khanaqin, Iraq on January 1st, 1982. My mum – Widad Mohammed Mouloud, was born in 1959, the citizen of Iraq, she has higher education, works as a teacher at school. My father - Mohammed Shakir Shukr, was born in 1955, the citizen of Iraq, he also has higher education, works as an engineer of communication.
My parents live in Suleymania, Al Salem st, 125. I have two brothers: Omar Mohammed Shakir, he was born in 1985 and Ahmad Mohammed Shakir, who was born in 1996. In the childhood I was obedient child, liked to go to the school, and in general I admired of education.
Special talents: professionally played football, played first for the university team, then – in professional football league of Iraq, represented a team of "Olympic".
The brightest memories are connected with football. Since the childhood, we organised the mini-championships first in the area where I lived, then in the city. Playing football at university, we went across all Iraq that actually left the brightest memories from the childhood and youth.
School:
I went to the "Al-Kurayshiya” school in Khanaqin untill 5th form, then our family moved to Bagdad and I was moved to the school of " Al-Mugdam " which I graduated successfully in 1999 . The teachers left the warmest memories about the schools where I was studying. Especially I remember, the teacher of chemistry Smith Murad Abdi, who imparted to me love to chemistry and helped to define with a choice of the future trade.
Achievements: at school I studied successfully, especially I liked chemistry. In Iraq every year there is the rating of the best pupils in this or that subject. When I was in 12th form I became the best pupil of Iraq in chemistry and received a memorable gift and letter of commendation which decorates my room till now and which is a pride of my parents.
Hobbies: since the first grades at school I have taken a great interest in football what was mentioned already. Also I liked reading very much. I would like to express special gratitude to my parents for their supporting and understanding in all my undertakings.
Univercity:
As I have already told, in school I liked chemistry very much and in the end of 12 form there was any drop of doubt concerning that who I would be. And it is natural that I chose the best HIGH SCHOOL of Iraq training the engineers.
During the studying at the university I proved as the diligent student, always took part in the scientific contest and in a public life of the university, played football for faculty and for the university team. Special successes and achievements: throughout all four years of studying I was the first student of faculty under the rating, and I received a lot of letters of commendation and certificates.
The greatest advantage for me was the studying of thermodynamics and the analysis of chemical processes. I have received degree of the bachelor in Iraq but as the education system in Iraq does not allow the people, broken their studying to continue it, I decided to arrive to Ukraine and to enter MA course, and then postgraduate course.
I chose DonNTU because this HIGH SCHOOL is prestigious one and graduates good engineers, experts in their sphere. I always was interested in fuel and I heard that coal and oil are similar in their properties, besides their origin is similar. I decided to choose a theme which would help me to compare oil and coal and to expand my knowledge in kinds of fuel.
My supervisor of studies - Butuzova Lyudmila Fedorovna, the dean of department where I am studying. It was the first person who I met at university and who helped me to find a speciality and the theme.
My experience with Internet technologies is at user level, but in our age of information, the Internet is an integral part of our life, therefore I consider useful and even necessary to deepen and expand knowledge and skills of work in Internet.
In the near future I plan to finish magistracy successfully and to enter to postgraduate course. As I worked as the instructor at the university before my arrival to Ukraine, I would like to return to my native university to continue working, but as the candidate of doctor's sciences.
