Actuality:

Now restructuring of coal area is carried out in the conditions of the limited possibilities of the state budget. The estimation of the state of mine fund of Minugleproma of Ukraine shows at the same time, that, in spite of practical absence of financial resources for his renewal (new building, reconstruction), on swingeing majority of coal enterprises of Ukraine there are certain backlogs for the increase of efficiency of their work.

The feature of maintenance of coal industry is a necessity of permanent reproduction of mine fund as far as the coulisse of supplies. It is related to the considerable capital investments on preparation of new horizons of operating mines, replacement of the worn out basic mine equipment, complex mechanization and automation of processes of productions, reconstruction, new mine building.

Maintenance of coal industry takes place on a background permanent becomings complicated terms of conduct of mountain works, caused the increase of depth of development.  Very actual for coal industry are problems of increase of efficiency and quality of work, acceleration of staring-up of production capacities, increase of efficiency of capital investments and use of capital production assets and other

Purpose and tasks of work:

The purpose of master's degree work is a study of features of reproduction of power of coal enterprises of Ukraine.

For achievement of this purpose such tasks were decided:

• determination of feature reproducing in coal industry, which are conditioned by not renewal of mineral raw material and raznokachestvennost'yu deposits;
• the problems of reproducing of mine fund are underline (amounts of operating mines and their power);
• determination, that now for coal industry of Ukraine the most expedient form would be the narrowed reproducing with diminishing of amount of operating mines;
• offered  approach to reformation of coal mines taking into account the necessity of grants from the state budget and samofinansirovaniya of mines due to internal backlogs;

Object and article of research:

A research object are coal enterprises of Ukraine.

The article of research are theoretical, methodological bases and applied aspects of maintenance of power and investing of coal mines of Ukraine.

Methodological basis of research:

Methodological basis of research was become by the method of the network planning, method of the dynamic programming, method of analysis of hierarchies, advanced studies of modern foreign and domestic scientists.
