The abstract: the structure of a composition which consists from çàë³çîãðàô³òîâîãî a material and a firm alloy Investigated additionally. Both materials are gained by a method of hot vacuum pressing in the presence of a liquid phase. Iron-grafitovy a material gained in a similar way has no pores in the structure reminds pig-iron with the globular form of graphitic turnings on. Tests for cyclic cooling of samples of a composition with heating to approximately 400 - 500 grades and cooling in water were conducted. After 20 cycles the sample was not destroyed, but at research under a microscope microcracks on an interface and on chains of graphitic turnings on have been revealed. In paper photogravels of microscopic structures contain, and also their parametres are resulted.

The abstract: samples of a composite material which consists of two courses Were studied: an iron and nickel alloy (45 % Ni) and firm alloys (ÂÊ15 or ÒÆÍ). In structure of a nickel alloy slaty structures which remind eutectic, or eutectoid are detected in some sections. Cyclic refrigeration of samples has shown, that compositions iron-on_kelevogo of an alloy with firm alloys on the basis of tungsten carbide on a cobalt bundle (ÂÊ15) and on the basis of carbide of the titan on a bundle (ÒÆÍ) have different character of shattering. Difference in character of shattering and durability to cyclic refrigeration speaks difference in factors of thermal spreading, and also different plasticity of alloys ÂÊ15 and ÒÆÍ. So it is possible to note, that the factor of thermal spreading of alloy ÂÊ15 is more co-ordinated with factor of thermal spreading iron-nickel of an alloy from 45 % of nickel. Dilatometrichesky tests have shown alloy iron-nickel, that at temperature about 400 grades sharp change of factor of linear thermal spreading is observed. Iron-nickel an alloy in a zone between a crack and a firm alloy has the big hardness, that, is possible, bundled to processes of diffusion which occured at pressing and caking of the sample. It is necessary to note also that fact, that the microhardness çàë³çîí³êåëåâîãî an alloy in a zone between a crack and a firm alloy not a constant, and decreases as approaching a crack.
The description: experience of teamwork of a research-and-production union "Äîíèêñ" and Open Society "Êðèâîðîæñòàëü" on development of manufacture of rolls of disk type from firm alloys, scientific and technical support of their maintenance, search of ways of raise of efficiency of use of rolls Is analysed. It is shown, that their operational durability is defined both manufacture technology factors, and rational sampling of structural characteristics and makeup of rolls depending on concrete service conditions. Use of the differentiated norms of a refacing of rolls at transfers, decrease of spread of characteristics of a material of rolls at the expense of stabilisation of parametres of process of their manufacturing allow to lower the specific charge of rolls on one ton of hire, and scientifically proved system of classification of defects and definition of the reasons of their origination allows to reveal and eliminate operatively deviations both in the "know-how", and in a regime of maintenance of rolls. The chosen tailored compositions of materials of rolls and manufacturing methods of rolls provide their operational durability at level of the best foreign analogues.
