Biography |
Preschool childhood
I was born into an engineering family, on the 14th of December, 1987. My father's name is Teryaev A. M. He
graduated from Donetsk polytechnic institute and his specialty was Metal-forming. At the time of my birth, he
worked as the deputy chairman trade union committee of students, Donetsk polytechnic institute. My Mother,
Teryaeva V.G. also graduated from Donetsk polytechnic institute in the department of Industrial heat-power
engineering. After three and the half years, my younger sister Kseniya was born and she is presently in her
second year of study in Donetsk National University.
The most memorable period I considered in my childhood, was the time I spent in my village Kalchik (Donetskiy
region), where majority of my relatives resides. I coloured cars from my colour book, also stored
pictures of car collectibles and candy wrappers from chewing gums (turbo). During my adolescence phase, I went to
different dancing groups to practise how to dance.

Primary and secondary school
In 1995, I attended 1st grade school of physical-mathematical ¹35. It was very interesting at school,
especially informatics lesson. After 6 month, I changed to ukrainian school ¹12 because my home was far from the
former one. During this time of schooling, it was very difficult for me to study because I learnt in Ukrainian
language and it made me to study very hard. This was the time I met my first childhood friend called Tentuk
Evgeniy. We spent time together, had fun, and went to chess club.
In 1997, as a result of change of residence and resettlement to Lenin district, I was transferred to school
¹44 and because of this, it created a new opportunity for me to learn karate. This period, I remembered one of my
childhood hobby - electronics. Together with my cousin, we used soldering irons to unsolder old non-working TV set
of my grandfather, and then used electronics books for children to make every possible electronic devices. It
later turned out to be a great success because I repaired most of the broken control panels. In same year, I got
acquainted with my neighbour named Stolyarov Sergey, who is still my best friend and I can always confide in him
to discuss any issue.
The year 2000 studying at school became more interesting, my most favourite subjects were: geography, physics,
labour training and mathematics. In labour training lesson, I first learnt how to cut a fret saw, to plane, and to
work on woodworking machines. But I like to work on the metal-cutting machine and I successful carried out all of
the tasks given to me. During same time, I joined a dancing group called Zarnitsa and I was a member for 5 years,
I made new friends and got personal qualities such as discipline, endurance, etc.
From 8th class, I studied english language under the guidance of my private tutor Kozhevnikova A.V. to whom I
am grateful to. After 9th class, I was transferred to the physical-mathematical class. Though difficult physics,
algebra and geometry task were given to me, nevertheless they were my interested subjects. Also on regional
interschool competitions, I actively participated in the Pre-conscription training of the youth titled "The future
soldier". From the 11th class, I started preparation for receipt on an examination into the university and I was
engaged with private tutors on the physics and mathematics.

University
I decided to study mechanical engineering because of the knowledge of engineering I had when I was young. I
was given a scholarship to study Technology of Mechanical Engineering in Donetsk National Technical University when
I successfully passed my exams. I was given an option to study in Russian or French language. For me, it was time
to acquire a new language, so I selected french language as my option of study. Studying French language was
interested because of my french lecturer, Tishechko I.A. She ensured I worked very hard and it affected my result
positively. I wish to thank Zinovieva J.V. for her assistance during the period, she taught me higher mathematics.
From 3rd year, the courses been taught was gradually exposing me to my specialty, and most of them was
taught by Professor Boguslavsky, he ensured that students generally do not answer questions by summarizing but
mainly by answering the question “WHY”. During the same period, I knew lot of french words and my french
vocabulary was rich, I did my course work easily without having any additional stress as a result of difficulties
in french language. The courses that interested me most were Theoretical mechanics, Resistance of materials,
Theory of mechanisms and machines, Details of machines, Computer management of engineering document circulation.
Also it is necessary to note, the high lecturing standards of lecturers in Technology of Mechanical Engineering
department.
I graduated from Technology of Mechanical Engineering department with an average mark of 4.76 and I received
my bachelor degree honor. I was enlisted for Master degree in the same department. Studying in this department is
completely not easy, with a research direction of disciplines under a new scientific adviser Kovalenko V.I.
Nevertheless, I started from the first day of study to work on my master degree topic “Technological support to
improve the quality of surfaces revolution by finishing treatment”. I am working on my master degree project in a
company called Compressor, a subsidary of Nord group and upon finishing this project, it will be of a great value.
With a huge gratitude, I wish to thank my parents who brought me up, supported me and gave useful councils
that guided me in my life.

Interests and prospects
My interests are cars (its history, motor racing, the tuning, new technologies, etc.). At my leisure time,
I participate in sports activities like table tennis, track and field athletics and badminton. Also I am
interested in the technology of weapons and innovation of film-industries.
In the future, I plan to find a lucrative job and to apply all acquired knowledge to develop my country and
beyond its limits, and also improving knowledge on French and English languages.
I consider that I am a responsible and social person. Step by step, I achieved all the goals that I setup
before me. I admire people that are honest, reliable and punctual.
