Autobiography
Childhood
I was born on June 10 1988 in Donetsk. I have a very cheerful and friendly family. My Mum — Rudenko Olga Bogdanovna is a housewife, and my Dad — Rudenko Sergey Borisovich is a designer, manager in a building company. I am the only child in my family. At the age of three I went to kindergarten. It was a cheerful and jolly time.
School years
I went to school at six. It was a comprehensive school ¹124. Before school I took some classes of English before school, so they enrolled me quite easily. I kept finishing every year with only a-grades until the seventh form. Then our school officially became a lycee. For further education I had to make a choice from three directions: Physics and Mathematics, Economics or Foreign languages. I’ve always liked exact science and that predetermined my choice — Physics and Mathematics. Only a few B grades in Biology and History prevented me from getting a golden medal when I graduated from school. Anyway I was presented with a medal, only a silver one. Although it’s not that bad, is it?
Since childhood I’ve always loved sports. I played various kinds of sports, including athletics, swimming, karate, kickboxing, football and many others. In karate I reached quite high results. At thirteen I got a black belt. Unfortunately, then my eyesight worsened, so I had to be through with karate. Doctors advised me to go in for tennis, as this kind of sport is really useful for eyesight. At first, I was an amateur playing only to improve my eyesight. But then I understood that tennis is a very captivating and interesting kind of sport and started playing more seriously with an intention to become a professional. I took part in various competitions and tournaments, went to different cities and towns of our big country. Very often I took prize-winning places.
Then I faced a really difficult choice: either to enter a university or to make a career as a tennis player. In spite of my great love for tennis, I chose higher education. I’m not through with tennis now, anyway. I often hold a tennis racket in my hand not as a player, but as a coach now.
As I’ve always liked computers and everything, connected with them, I chose Donetsk National Technical University and "Informational Managing Systems" as my major. I passed the entrance exams (so called ratings) successfully, and by May, 2005 I had already become a first-year student of Donetsk National Technical University.
University
From the very beginning I didn’t try hard to study well. I spent more time on entertainment and communication with my new friends. As a result my marks were not as high as I wanted them to be. But then I set a priority, and realized that my study was really important and managed to turn over a new leaf. In 2009 I got my bachelor’s degree. According to the results of the state exams I got the opportunity to continue my education to get a master’s degree free of charge. The topic of my master’s graduation project is "Development of a computerized system of forming a pressure chamber regime for adjustment of hyperbaric oxygenation session". In fact, the topic is of extreme importance and interest, as oxygen therapy is a brand new and promising method to treat and prevent a lot of diseases. The research supervisor of my work is an associate professor of the Automated Managing Systems Department, a real professional and a great man – Shatokhin Pavel Alexandrovich. I can always count on him if I am in a fix.
Plans for the future
In the nearest future I’m going to graduate from the University and then look for an interesting job in demand to suit my major, which will help me to fulfill myself as a person and an expert in the computers sphere. The most important thing is to be an asked-for expert, to be fond of your job, to be an optimist, never to stop with what you’ve achieved and to keep developing as a personality and a specialist.
