Autobiography

Childhood

I was born September 2, 1988 in Donetsk. Family:

Father - Gavrysh Ivan

Mother - Shyshko Nina

Since childhood have been interesting in everything new and interesting.

School

Til the fifth grade I had learned in the school ¹ 92, in the classroom with in-depth study of English language and mathematics.

From the sixth through eighth grade, I had studied at the GS ¹ 13.

The final stage of my school life was the Lyceum "Intellect", where I studied for the ninth through the eleventh grade. There I selected informatics and mathematics class. Here, I participated in various competitions and contests, and reported my draft at the Conference on the Small Academy of Sciences.

University

Choosing the university and faculty, I was interested in two areas: mathematics and IT, as I thought and still think that mathematics is the base for all other sciences, and IT are relevant today. Unification of this two sciences was a Faculty of Computer Science and Technology, Donetsk National Technical Faculty, where I successfully entered. In fact, here, I got not so much knowledge (although they were many) as an analytical mind that really has helped me in solving various problems. Ater 4 years I received the title of Bachelor of Computer Science.

Further my solution was to obtain knowledge in economics, which led me to entering at the Faculty of Economics.

Work and other activities

Being second-year student I decided to develop not only theoretically but also practically. After half a year, I was found the company (a branch of the Russian IT company), which agreed to my conditions (combining work with study at the university) and offered a place. In this company I worked for 1.5 year and has held the following positions:

Analyst Assistant / Quality Assurance

1. Clients business-process analysis and participation in decision making process that optimized them.
2. Plantation solutions at the clients companies and inside trainings.
3. Analysis clients’ business-processes and submitting a proposal of modifications at the project.
4. Making presentations about company products for potential customers.
5. Application of the new automatic methods of quality assurance to the production cycle.

Sales Manager

1. Creation of potential clients’ base in Ukraine and adjusting primary connections with them.
2. Participation in sales at the Russian market.
3. Conducting of the document circulation with existent clients.

Working in the company, I had to learn the business processes of large Russian companies as Sportmaster, IIS-Russia, Brok-Invest-Service, Stalprokat etc, which helped to get a general idea of the business.

Starting from the second year, I actively participated in the NGO Euroclub as a volunteer - help in organizing and conducting various social and educational projects - EvrOsvita, role-playing game "Shaping the Future of Europe", European School, etc. Here, I got varied experience in establishing and carrying out projects.

Since 2009, I have been a member of the international youth organization AIESEC, where I am taking position of External Relations Manager (managing the relationship with stakeholders outside the Local Committee (with alumni, partner organizations, companies and the universities), building up new partnerships and networks)

Hobbies

From the third grade I have been playing big tennis.

Future Plans

At the moment, I see my further development in the field of AgriBusiness, because I believe that it is key industry in Ukraine, and has enormous potential. So in this area I am writing master's thesis now.
