Childhood | School years | University | Plans for the future |
I was born on October, 7th, 1988 in the remarkable sea city Mariupol (at that time Zhdanov). My parents, Kaloshin Alexander Dmitrievich and Galina Viktorovna, waited with impatience for birth of the girl. My older brother Kaloshin Andrey also was glad to replenishment, but my family hoped for the little brother. The childhood passed in warm and care environment. I went to kindergarten «The Uniy Moryak» quite early (when I was 1.5 years). At the age of two years I have already started to reach for more serious knowledge: myself took school satchel of my older brother and went to school, even in spite of the fact that it could be a day off. Finishing my digression to the childhood, in my memories there are only bright impressions, sonorous laughter and it is a lot of adventures. The school... My favorite Mariupol School #15... It is a lot for me in this word: here the first call, and the first “five”, and the first real friends with whom I have been going till now in my life. Also in the same 1995 I have gone to the Mariupol music school #1. I think that in music school I have learnt to be attentive and concentrated in the necessary moments, because without it there is nowhere... I express my deep gratitude to all teaching staff the school #15, without exception. I thank Babchenko Irina Vladimirovna (mathematics teacher), to Jatsenko Valentine Vasilevne (the teacher of Russian and the literature), to Yemelyanov Lydia Petrovnu (the teacher of the Ukrainian language and the literature). Thanks to my teachers because I didn't test difficulties in the subsequent studying of science in the higher school. Thank you, my dear ones, to you first I owe all that I have now reached. But choising university was a dilemma to me... First I decided to try at Mariupol universities and I was lucky: of the three universities I went to all three... But it was "too little" for me and I have decided to enter Donetsk National Technical University. And suddenly I received notification that I was a student DonNTU! I was happy! And here I am... My group PMLE-05a gave me real friends and good acquaintances. So the first year has passed quickly and cheerfully. Moreover, the specialty "Personnel Management and Labour Economics" seemed to me interesting and very perspective. Therefore there was aspiration and desire to reach successes. I think I have done it on "Hooray"! As well as at school, I became the leader in group and throughout five years was the head of group. The professionalism of our teachers made learning easy and interesting. Each of teachers has given me basis, start for the further professional and personal development! My main motive of reception of master degree is to be the expert from capital letter, highly skilled and comprehensively developed person. That's why I became a Master degree in Personnel Management and Labour Economics. Also I was lucky with the scientific supervisor – associate professor of PMLE Zakharova Oksana Vladimirovna. She is sympathetic, kind, and the main thing is that she is high quality expert. With her we have thought on the topic of master's work for a long time and I decided to understand and assess the costs of personnel, whether at all one should do it and how often... In the nearest plans, certainly I want to find a worthy and interesting job on speciality which will allow me to prove me as clever and creative person, to have moral and material satisfaction. The main goal for the future – is to have a successful career and bright joyful life to not be sorry that all priceless student and school years have gone and never be back again! |
