Childhood

On March, 28th, 1988 on the night of Monday I was born - Kovalyova Alyona! Was born in the town Novogrodovka of Donetsk region. As I'm the second child, I still have older sister, parents expected the boy. But was born girl.

I grew very quickly, was the active and inquisitive child. Since the childhood I was very sociable babe. As my mum said: «I always very quickly found a lot of friends and played with them». My mother Kovalyova Svetlana does the important role in formation of my primary personal qualities: kindness to people, responsibility, respect, understanding and love to family and friends.

In three years I went to kindergarten "Oktyabrenok" which was near to the home. I liked very much to communicate and play with other children, I carried out all interesting tasks of the tutors.

When I began to grow up at me there was a bent for тehnic. My father Kovalyov Alexey developed in me this quality. I freely addressed with technical devices and used them.

School years

In 1994 I went to a preparatory group. I succeeded in all tasks, which gave us a head of class - Palacheva Nadezhda Petrovna. My first teacher led our class to grade 5. She was very strict and demanding. What future impact on my knowledge. I am grateful to her for what she gave me a solid foundation to build further knowledge and skills, revealed different abilities and developed responsibility, diligence in my nature.

I studied at the excellent and together with my friends visited the set of circles and sections such as "Toy", Aerobics and acrobatics, dance group« Expres - D », etc. The most interesting and exciting classes were dance and acrobatics.

In 8th class the teacher of biology Nina Nikolaevna has directed me on the first Olympiad on which studies before the termination I took 1 place. She first acknowledged my knowledge and provided from other of students. Thanks to her for that!

From that time I also went on the Olympiad on the Ukrainian language, geography, jurisprudence, English language, physics. I took the winning places on them. Especially I liked languages and jurisprudence.

From 9th class our class became with a physical and mathematical bias. I strenuously studied physics, algebra and geometry that has helped me to arrive to university. Takes additional with a brilliant mathematics teacher Ovechkin Tamara Semyonovna. Which has given me a lot of knowledge on a school material and has helped me with preparation for receipt. Also at this time I became actively involved in the drama club. It was very interesting. With this time, I associate the best memories of my youth.

I finished school with excellent marks, but did not receive medal.. Last years at school I had new life priorities. I began more time to give to preparation for receipt. And also to spend time with friends.

University

The knowledge received at school helped me to arrive to DonNTU on a speciality « Personnel Management and Labor Economics ». With a choice of university was determined immediately, because the patched he is a national and has a high prestige, as well as its studying my sister.

I was impressed high-qualified teachers of the University. I have successfully mastered subjects of the general course of economy. Since that moment as there were specialist subjects on a speciality I has understood that has chosen a correct direction of the future activity. Such disciplines as, «Personnel Management», «Strategic management», «Management of personnel development» and «Motivation of the personnel» have drawn special attention. Performing coursework and independent work on this subject gave me a deeper knowledge of the systems, staff motivation, pay systems, office work and modern trends and methods of training personnel. The course «Motivation of the personnel» has defined a theme of my degree work.

My purpose was to arrive on the budget plase in magistracy. On average ball I have passed on budget magistracies which was happy.
