AUTOBIOGRAPHY I came into this wonderful world on March 7, 1988 in the city of Donetsk under the Pisces zodiac sign. I have a good and friendly family. My father - Sergey Malinkin, born in 1960, he is a builder. My mom - Victoria Malinkina, born in 1963, she is a manager. I have a brother - Alexander Malinkin, born in 1983, we were good friends in childhood, we have many mutual friends. When I was 3 years old, I went to kindergarten, "The Ship» (¹ 124). My first teacher's name was Irina Nikolaevna, she applied her love and patience to all the children. In the garden I made many friends, with some of them we are still friends. I liked to play with children and draw. Kindergarten had a very strong influence in formation of my character in the future. As a child I was very calm, silent and studious girl. She loved to paint, assemble puzzles, embroidery and knitting. Childhood - a very happy period of my life when I began to learn the colorful world around them. In 1995, when I was 7 years old, I went to the first form of secondary school ¹ 140. During that time, I thought I was already an adult, but later realized that I was not. My first teacher who taught us from 1 to 3 form, was called Nina Alekseevna Zaitseva. She was a strict and kind and at the same time, she had very skilful approach to the education and training of children. We often had matinees, performances and competitions. I liked her very much. In the 5th form we had a new teacher - Tatiana Nikolaevna Zagurskaya, she was a young teacher, but, despite the absence of many years’ experience working with children, she coped with her responsibilities very good.My favorite subjects in school were mathematics and drawing. I participated in math contests and school exhibitions of drawings, as well as in the "Day of Russian literature". In 2002 (after 8th form), I entered the Donetsk college, its director is Gregory Arkad'evich Stein. He was an influence among the students, because he was very intelligent, educated and successful person. I studied in class with economic bias. My curator, Tatiana Adamovna Topchii, became my very close friend, and she helped us in everything, often gave us valuable advice and taught us that in any situation a person must be primarily a human being. Besides the curator, the influence of Valentina Ivanovna Lishchenko, who taught us algebra and geometry was very significant for our study. She had very strict approach to the evaluation of our knowledge, but she gave us all the necessary knowledge at the appropriate level. There was a very active life and optimistic atmosphere in college. There were many concerts and KVN, in which I was directly involved. Education in college is the first step to an adult life. It is here that we became more independent and responsible people. After graduating from Donetsk college it was time for responsible choice – entry to higher education establishment. In college we were well prepared to entry. Focusing on the Donetsk National Technical University, we solved problems in mathematics from the collection for entering universities, edited by Skanavi that helped me a lot during entry. In 2005 I entered the Donetsk National Technical University, major in Personnel Management and Labour Economics. I decided to choose this profession, because it seemed to me very interesting and relevant at the present day. It was worth it. The Department of Personnel Management and Labour Economics has the teachers who possess large quantities of necessary information and know how to present material to students. In June 2009 I received a bachelor's degree and decided to enter the magistracy in my specialty. In September 2009, I was re-entered the Donetsk National Technical University major in “Personnel Management and Labour Economics”, but as a master. My supervisor is a candidate of economic sciences, associate professor of “Personnel Management and Labour Economics”, her name is Alexandra Nikolaevna Sled. The topic of my master's thesis: "Labour career planning. As the companies grow and develop, managers should pay their constant attention to the promotion of employees and locating them in appropriate positions. Planning of employees’ relocation ensures the rational use of labour potential of workforce, creates conditions for a person self-relation achievement. That is why I chose this topic of my master's thesis. I have got much more nature since my studies at university, I otherwise began to look at different things and treat people around me, and also changed the demand to myself. I met many people, most of them are very interesting personalities. At university I made a few more good and loyal friends, whom I appreciate and cherish. It's stupid to make plans for life, not being master even tomorrow (Seneca) In the future I plan to find a decent job, develop as an individuals and as a specialist and not to rest on my laurels. Much attention I will give to the family and the children by good... Of course, thinking about “what”, but even more thinking about “how”! (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe) |
