Student of Donetsk National Technical University Olga Strusevich

I was born beautiful spring sunny morning, or rather 14 May 1988 in Yasinovataya. My mother - Inna Nesterenko, works in Avdeevka City Hospital, father - Sergei Nesterenko, works on Avdeevka coke plant.

The first three years I was inseparable with my family, but it is time to release a large swimming and the first berth of my little ship was a kindergarten “Joy”. Here I found my first friends, here I received my first knowledge and began to form early interests. Each day was filled with interesting events, our group visited the pool, crafts classes, modeling, on every holiday we have prepared a concert and invited parents.

Every summer, I spent my grandmother where I was never bored, because with me was my best friend - my brother. We always found something to do, and never quarreled. He has always been and still remains for me the best friend.

However, childhood is left behind and in front of me waiting for the school.

School years

The next dock my ship was in the 1 class secondary school #6 in Avdeevka, where I went to the 1 st September 1995. My first class teacher was Irina Trufanova, she belonged to us not just as students, but we were her second family.

Our class has been and remains very friendly, even now, after five years, we have not lost connection with each other. During the study, we became very good friends, because spent much time together outside of school. We often went on hikes, to picnics, went to the theater, circus, botanical garden and museum, organized various activities related to the anniversaries of class.

Learn to me was always interesting, the school was not for me to burden, because every day there happened many new and interesting. The most favorite subjects for me were mathematics, history and fine art.

Besides school I attended a folk dance, music school and drawing circle. However, no dancing, no music is not interested in me enough to continue to do that, but the painting remained in my heart forever. It is unfortunate that our group did not last long, and I could not master this skill to a sufficient extent, but even now in my free time I love to draw.

In school I was a diligent student and up to the ninth grade I have good marks. However, the results of final exams was excellent marks and after the end of the eleventh class received a silver medal and a start in life.

School years passed very quickly, but they will forever remain in my memory, as cheerful and bright period in my life.

University

In 2005, my ship stopped at the pier of the Donetsk National Technical University. I chose the specialty “Personnel Management and Labour Economics” This specialty has attracted me because it is fairly new and interesting, and at the same time it is very wide profile. In my opinion, it's very important factors.

In the first year of study was difficult, it was necessary to restructure its pace of life. However, after the first session, I learn and I felt better.

During the study at the university purchased a lot of new knowledge not only in the specialty, but also knowledge for overall development. Also, the students brought me a lot of new friends, new interests and views.

One of the highlights of my life happened to me in the summer of 2008 - I married. This event has affected the rhythm of my life, I'm doing now is not only learning, but also the arrangement of the family hearth. However, the change in marital status did not affect my performance at university.

After the fourth year I passed the state examination in the specialty and received bachelor's degree. On average point I passed on the budget form of training in graduate school.

The topic of my master's work – “Stimulation of workers labour activity”, scientific supervisor - associate professor, Ph.D. in Economics Nataliya Podlujnaya. With the theme of my research student, and later master's work, I set at the third year after writing a term paper on labor economics on “Methods of non-material stimulation of labour”. The topic interested me, and became the basis for master's work.

Plans for the future

Especially propose for the future do not want, because you will never get as planned, but the important thing now for me is to protect the master's work. And after that - to search for a challenging and interesting work, where you can apply the knowledge and self-actualization.

Life is full of surprises and you never know what awaits you around the next bend, but I hope my ship withstand all storms and the bright and sunny days will be much more than the gloomy and cloudy
