AUTOBIOGRAPHY I am Irene Zaharchenya. I was born on Thursday on August, 4, 1988 in the Torez town. According to parents I was a curious child and fidget. When I was 4 years old, I gone in nursery school ¹ 4 in Torez, which was found next to my house. The most memorable for me was the first acquaintance with the guys. Everything around me seemed very big and not understandable. But despite this, I was always a bright, active and sociable child. I just came a lot of friends with whom I later studied at the school. In kindergarten, I was gonne with pleasure. There were carefree and happy years of my childhood. It is here that started early joys and sorrows, which were put aside forever in my memory. In my spare time i loved to walk in the yard with friends, was fond of reading books about animals. But the most vivid memory was the birth of my younger brother. În September, 1, 1995 I went in second class of general school number 13 in the Torez town. The most complex and memorable was second class. I proudly walked hand in hand with parents for the first time in the front row. In school, all subjects were given to me easily, especially I liked literature. I am pleased to write essays and poems, they could give full rein to his thoughts and feelings. More and more attention I was given sport. All naachlos from school sports competitions and has developed into a great sport. It was in high school I began to gain my first victory. And by the end of grade 10, I became the champion of the Donetsk region in athletics. Ever since Childhood I have an interest in music. And in me came an irresistible desire to realize their creative potential. In addition, the moment when I first tried to play the guitar, this desire did not leave me. After that, I can not imagine my life without music, chords, and guitar. Large contribution to my world view was brought by my klass supervisor Havrenkova Tatiana. She raised us with a sense of responsibility, honesty and respect for people. In high school, was fond of sciences. Most at school to me such objects went down in memory as chemistry, the Ukrainian language, physics, since the teachers were strict and demanding, as well as biology, because from childhood i loved animals. Actively involved in the creative life of the school. At the end of a 10 class I began to reflect about what profession to get and where to continue my education. Successfully passed all my exams, graduated from the school, i got certificate with several of the four. In 2005 I entered a Donetsk national technical university on the faculty of economy and management, on speciality the «Management by a personnel and economy of labour». The choice of speciality was my first and realized step. The first courses passed blithely, it is merry and carelessly from one side, and it is simultaneously difficult because was difficult to join in an educational process. The acquaintance with the first teacher, Usachevoy Galinoy Mihaylovnoy especially went down in memory. Thanks to her at me there was interest to economic disciplines. I am thankful to her for interesting and enthralling organization of educational process. The study of the following objects was especially interesting: management of personnel, economy of labour and marketing of enterprise. It is desirable to mark the following teachers: Chumachenko Elena Vladimirovna, Zaharova Oksana Vladimirovna, Shvets Irene Borisovna for inlaid in us knowledges. In a city council passed, because wanted to promote the educational level. The theme of master's degree work is «Staff motivation». . I plan well to protect the master's degree work. I hope that in future I will be able practically to apply knowledges, skills and abilities got me for the period of learning in an university.
