Professional Development

School Period

My name is Aleksey Olegovich Belykh, and I was born on March 5, 2002, in the city of Yenakiieve. My parents, Natasha and Oleg, have supported me from an early age, teaching me the values of hard work and responsibility. I have a younger brother, Nikita, with whom I maintain a close relationship. We grow up together, study, and support each other in various situations, which has helped me develop a sense of responsibility and care for loved ones.

From an early age, I had a keen interest in sports. My first experience with sports was kickboxing and gymnastics, which laid the foundation for my willpower, discipline, and perseverance. Sports training taught me to work on myself, overcome difficulties, and set ambitious goals. This experience taught me the importance of perseverance and teamwork and showed me the value of setting goals and striving to achieve them, regardless of the complexity of the task. At the same time, my hobbies were not limited to sports. I was always interested in computer games and electronics, which later determined my career choice. These hobbies not only brought me joy but also became the foundation of my professional path, as they motivated me to study technology and engineering. As a child, I often experimented with electronics, explored devices, and tried to build my own projects, which inspired me to continue learning in this field.

In 2008, I enrolled in the Gymnasium of Yenakiieve, where I studied until 2019. At school, I actively studied and participated in various social and creative activities. I took part in competitions, theatrical performances, and was part of a KVN (Club of the Funny and Inventive) team, where I worked on creating humorous skits and performances. These activities gave me valuable experience in public speaking, teamwork, and leadership skills. I enjoyed being in the spotlight and learned to be confident and persuasive when communicating with people. I also participated in scientific contests and academic competitions, which strengthened my self-confidence and interest in learning, as well as taught me the importance of creative thinking and a non-standard approach to problem-solving. All these activities allowed me to develop not only intellectual skills but also communication, teamwork, and self-management skills, which became the foundation for my future professional growth.

University

After graduating from the gymnasium in 2019, I enrolled in Donetsk National Technical University to study "Electronics and Nanoelectronics." From the very beginning of my studies, I realized that I had made the right choice. It was here that I finally decided on my career, a process largely inspired by the example of my father, who also studied at this university. Seeing his career and achievements, I realized that I wanted to become an engineer like him and follow in his footsteps. This example inspired me to choose a technical specialty and develop my knowledge in the field of engineering and technology. My father always showed me the importance of being responsible and striving for continuous development, and I decided to follow his advice. At the university, I gained in-depth knowledge of electronics, supplemented by practical skills, which became the foundation of my future career. I also actively participated in university life: I took part in competitions, scientific conferences, and sports events, which gave me a chance not only to show myself in new areas but also to broaden my horizons, hear other people's opinions, and exchange experiences with like-minded people.

My education was not limited to classes. Besides studying at the university, I was always interested in politics and social activities. From a young age, I participated in various community projects, volunteer movements, and discussions of current issues. This allowed me to expand my knowledge of social processes and learn to interact with different people to achieve common goals. Currently, I am an assistant to a deputy, which allows me to not only address pressing issues but also participate in shaping local policies, influence the development of our region, and work to improve the lives of people in our society. I am proud to be part of this process and bring concrete changes to people's lives. My role as a deputy assistant helps me develop skills in public speaking, negotiations, and strategic planning, which are an integral part of my future professional plans. This knowledge and experience help me in my work and studies, as well as reinforce my confidence that I have chosen the right path for further development.

Master's Degree and Professional Activities

Currently, I am continuing my education in the master's program at Donetsk National Technical University, which I plan to complete in 2025. My master's program is directly related to the knowledge I gained during my bachelor's studies and deepens my skills in the field of electronics and nanoelectronics. However, although my studies at the technical university are focused on engineering disciplines, my current professional activities are not directly related to electronics but to another area — engineering in housing and utilities management.

Since 2021, I have been working as an engineer at a Housing and Repair Management company, where I am responsible for the design, repair, and maintenance of multi-apartment buildings. During my work, I have gained valuable skills in design, technical maintenance, and the management of multi-apartment buildings (MABs). I have participated in the development and implementation of projects for repairs, infrastructure improvements, and increasing the energy efficiency of buildings. This allowed me to not only apply my engineering knowledge but also develop project management, team coordination, and interaction skills with various government and private organizations.

Goals, Plans, and Vision for the Future

My goal is to shift my professional activities towards more technical and innovative areas, continuing to develop as an engineer. In particular, I want to deepen my knowledge in areas such as programming, artificial intelligence, and automation, which will not only expand my opportunities as an engineer but also allow me to become part of emerging technologies that will shape the future. I plan to explore new approaches to solving engineering problems using modern tools and methods, which will enable me to introduce innovations in various industrial and infrastructure sectors.

In addition, I plan to continue my political activities, which allow me to actively participate in solving social and economic issues in the region. I aim to work on initiatives that promote quality of life improvements, support innovative projects in education, science, and technology, and develop the city's and region's infrastructure as a whole. I believe that politics and engineering are two interconnected fields that can and should work together to create sustainable and modern solutions for society.

My vision for the future is to become a leader who successfully combines technical expertise with active civic engagement. I am confident that the combined knowledge of engineering and politics will open up unique opportunities for me to influence key societal processes. In the future, I plan to take a high-ranking position in a field that will allow me to actively shape strategic decisions aimed at improving people's lives and the development of new technologies.
