2. Protection of nature

2.1. Protection of the land resources

2.1.1. Selection of the area for building of the electric power plant must hold under the base of land laws of Soviet Republics, under the base of nature protection and nature resources using legislative acts, standards and rules of building designing, linking it with scheme of district planning ore general scheme of industrial junction.

2.1.2. Under the development of projects for electric power plants it is necessary to:

  • using the lands, witch are not relating to agricultural and underproductive grounds
  • taking of and keeping the fertile lands with the purpose of cover it on the restore lands
  • provide the compensation for withdraw of the agricultural lands
  • At the acreage allotment for temporary using it necessary to post-recultivation provide.

2.1.3.  The acreage allotment area for electric power plant building must using rationally and conform the requirements:
- optimal blocking of the process buildings
- placing the supplementary plants and subsidiary production in multistory buildings

  • observance of the standard housing density
  • organization of necessary area reserve for electric power plant expansion according to design project under the conform technical and economical base
  • organization of the area for ashes-slag dump adjusted for using the ashes and slag in national economy

2.1.4. The allotment of land it is necessary to provide adjusted to real needs of building. After time using and recultivation of the lands for opencast mine, earth deposits it necessary to back them to land users.

2.1.5. Under the base of electric power plant project must be part for recultivation of time using lands and improvement of underproductive lands as set-off the agricultural lands removal. Projects for recultivation and improvement of underproductive lands must provide with the help of the design institutes, Ministry of Agriculture.

2.1.6. At placing of the electric power plants in progress energy systems it is necessary to take into account the reversal probability from a building ore shortening of construction works content according to central repairing shop, material depots and repairing- construction department on the electric power plant area.

2.1.7. At electric power plant designing it is ought to take to account possibility of already present building bases and areas, which are situated near to already present organizations of Department of energy.

2.1.8. Approach railway and auto roads, outward engineering communications, lines of hot water system, electric lines, technical water lines must be situated at the one appointed part of land allotment. All this lines must not destroy already present frames of agricultural lands.

2.1.9. Ashes dumps, must be designed with the next conservation ore recultivation of them (when they will de full enough).
