Was born in 1986. Khartsyzsk in Donetsk region. Parents - Maltabar Nikolay and Maltabar Nadezda childhood brought me independence and responsibility.

Finished Grade 9, I decided to learn my future profession, for which I enrolled in Khartsyzsk Metallurgical College (KMC). Successfully mastered the theoretical course. The knowledge was embodied in the industrial practice in Khartsyzsk tube plant. During study of KMC took prizes in competitions in the subjects Physics, History of Ukraine, the Ukrainian language. Took 2 place in the All-Ukrainian literary contest "My word about Shevchenko." A winner KMC competitions in chess, won with my team college football championship. Junior Professional Diploma has been protected by "excellent". The result of my studies in college was the acquisition of useful knowledge, skills and experience, specializing in installation and operation of electrical equipment companies and civil structures, as well as a diploma with honors. In addition, one of my main achievements during studies at KMC believe that managed to make and maintain friendly relations with former classmates and teachers.
Choice of specialty was made on the criteria: the rating of the university, the demand for its graduates in the labor market, the complexity of the training course, professional level of teachers graduating chair - Tolochko O. and Kotsegub P. - scientists, known outside of Ukraine. While studying at the university was part of a cohesive team, improved and consolidated their knowledge and skills, gained valuable experience working with equipment of Siemens, Shneider Electrique. The achievements include participation in the 2 round of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad in Electromechanics (Kremenchug), 3 rd place in the Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of "Electrical engineering and electromecanics (Dneprodzerginsk).
Greatest benefit yielded the following subjects: "Control Electric", "Complete Electric," "Simulation".
During the study went through practice at the JSC Makeevskiy Metallurgical Plant ", JSC" Khartsyzsk Tube Plant, where I was familiarized with the technological process and electrical equipment.
