Once upon a time in a winter seasonpore..Yes, it was just so because I was born in the middle of February (12.02.1983) in the not most warm country (as foreign tourists consider), I mean in Russia, telling the truth in Yakutiya. You may be astonished but my parents were born and grown in Ukraine.. Well, and now I am foreign citizen on their motherland. Let`s go back to the beginning I mean to my careless childhood. As well as at most children me childhood started from the kindergarten where I had the first community. I went there with a great pleasure but as for me I didn`t like ever to wake up in the early morning and to have a sleeping during the day-time.

When I went to school I was a quite unprepared child (in 6 age year), but it was not prevented to be a progressive pupil. My mother was so surprised very much and she worried about my further study because after graduating from the primary school I didn`t know how letters were wrtten. I can read book very quickly, so I became an exemplary pupil for the rests. My favourite subjects at the first form were physical training, literature and Russian language, where I had the main progresses. After passing in the 5 form, my mother became my class leader. In spite of I studied well, I had to study much better. Just at this moment I had serious changes in my study. I have run into the main subject for me as mathematics. This science was taught by my favourite teacher - Mihaylichenko L.V.

As for my chois the future profession I must say about the dream that was not betrayed during the whole life, namely I dreamed to be an educator in the kindergarten, a teacher at school, so it was so clear in principle, but the dicision through the question was not yet accepted, I am thankful to the parents for that they always gave advices only, never insisted on anything. I had a great opportunity to decide all the questions independently. So this rule became an "exception" in my life, when I decided the dream into the life and to enter the Pedagogical Insitute. My parents were against my idea, because they considered that the quantity of teachers in owr family must not be increased. Therefore my passion to mathematics have played the main role in my life.

I can`t make up a poem in honour our University but I would like to say some words. I was glad When I have seen the name “Management of organization” in the list of specialities that became such a native one for 5 years. This speciality is consisted from both as economic sciences and as bases of right that in principle are attracted by student`s attention. The second gratitude to the address of University is for attitude toward entrants,namely for canditions which were created in the certificate of which there was no "3" for graduating students. I think is was a definite stimulus for the graduating students of subsequent year. And, at last, in so-called period of students life everyone, I am not the exception, acquires not only, new knowledges but also new friends. Taking into consideration the progresses of the following period I can admit that I have learnt Ukrainian language (thank you my teachers very much) and took a part at the conferences in Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk and Chernovtsy.

After successful handing over final exam in 2003 year I have got the diploma of bachelor. Before it during two terms I had been working above theme: "Management by the personnel organization" (SRWS) Zhilchenkova V.V. was a leader of my dissertation, candidate of economic sciences. She has protected the dissertation over the theme "Management by the personnel organization in the system of anti-crisis management".

The choice of the given theme was conditioned by increasing interest to the following question from both sides: as researchers and as leaders of enterprises. The most of foreign companies have already apreciated the importance of the work in this tread, personnel`s influence on activity of all company. It was so interesting to study their experience, successes and failings in the work with personnel and to apply the got knowledges in practice. As for me it was interesting to know the figures about that 85% of japanese managers consider a man by the "main factor of production". I hope, the leaders of enterprises in Ukraine will understand and appre ciate all importance of the work in the given trend. May be they will quickly pass from the phrase "We have no irrepaceable people" to another one "Personnel staff decides everything". Best of all after a practice and then starting the work I would like to estimate my knowledges. So I mean constantly to promote the qualification. I consider that knowledges, qualification, possession by scalene information and aspiration to be the best will allow to be competitive works in bringing of which every employer will be interested.
