Instead of " I was born in that sunny day … "

All flows and all varies. We also change ourselves, our opinion and everything around us. Strange human feature - to dig in itself and in the past - forces all the time reinterpreting the existence. But may be it makes us those who we are.

So, at the present time I am in that age, when you take off pink glasses but still see light in the end of a tunnel.

Who I am?

I am the person of the world, to be exact of two worlds: internal and external. I has never had hobby that I would like to devote all my life. In my opinion the fanaticism in one narrowly directed area, strongly limits the person, as many important things simply remain outside of his life. I'm opened for all in this world, trying to know as much as possible.

What I need?

Actually as everyone in this world I need understanding. The State does not understand, that I need high scholarship and a separate apartment, that the raised scholarship in 30 $ is nothing. And I do not understand why it is impossible to raise it up to the minimal salary :)

My family

Hear I would like to tell thanks mum and daddy which were not afraid to let me off from family nest. So I was brought up as an independent and self-confident person. There were no things that were forbidden to me, simply there were things about those my parents stated to me their negative altitude.

Till a birth of brother a lot of attention was given to me: visits to puppet theater, zoos, parks and even campaigns in a wood. After brother's birth attention had not decreased - it has passed in a new stage "Total Control". Mum was in a maternity leave for 5 years. Probably during this years my love to reading, the responsibility and many other skills were developed.

There were a lot of different activities at my school. And my first achievements in a theatre group, victories in expressive reading of poems and dancing collective evolved my internal self confidence. Unique "spiritual wound" of the childhood were headdresses that my parents bought to me. Till now I feed silent hatred to berets.

How I become a programmer

I consider the medicine - the most noble occupation. And long time I want to be a doctor. But I always have aptitude for math, informatics and other exact sciences. The last years of school studying I was second on regional Olympiad in computer science and fourth in mathematics. These victories left me no doubts about future occupation. I was assured, that programming is easy and interesting job. I was a bit mistaken …

The study was really easy for me during first years while I got good knowledge in school and thought that bases of Turbo Ñ and Pascal are enough for great programmers. But soon I understood how deep computer sciences are and how quickly they change. Just to have an eye on main software technologies I have to spend all my time near the computer. I have no time for sleeping and eating.

But there were among these grey routines also days when I succeed to turn away from my monitor and fly away from this virtual world.

The window into Europe

At my 18 birthday parents presented to me a suitcase. It has visited with me so many stations, trains and buses, that it deserves the separate chapter.

I was lucky to take part in the Lions International Youth Exchange Program. These programs have been created with charity purpose. They allow students from all over the world to find common language and to understand culture of other countries. The exchange is sponsored by Lions Club of a host country. During a week the participant lives in family, gets acquainted with habits and traditions, adapts for the new environment. Next two weeks participant spend in a camp with other students. All this days from early morning till deep night are full of excursions, impressions and conversations.

All these trips give me experience of negotiations with foreign embassies and skill to get what I need. It wasn't easy to get Schengen visa for unmarried young Ukrainian girl.

You can find some notes and pictures about Scandinavia, Slovenia, Germany and other European countries here.

And the summary of my wanderings are next - people everywhere are the same and problems everywhere also are the same. The form varies only, and the contents remains the same. And rich Norwegians with the highest standard of living in the Europe are not happier than we are.

There is no way to happiness. The happiness is our way.

Hobby

I like to travel very much. I like new cities and new people. I do not like tiresome excursions and long group photos. About all sightseeing of city where I am going, I find out from the Internet. And my purpose always is to perceive them by myself. I don't like to receive them from the guide in the standard menu and standard packing.

The same attitude I have to literature. I prefer first to read and give freedom for my imaginations and only then to look a screen version with another's perception.

I love the modern foreign literature with delicate psychology and unusual plot (Julio Cortazar, Jean-Paul Sartre, John Fowles). Also I like very much books with modern interpretation of bible histories, versions of origin of religions (Andreev "Judas Iskariot", Anita Mason "The Illusionist", Bulgakov "The Master and Margarita").

Plans for the future

My purpose is to realize in the future as much as possible all my skills and abilities. Also I would like to find balance between carrier and my family.
