Theme:RESEARCH THE EXPLOSIVES CAPACITY DEPENDENCIES FROM ENERGY FACTORS OF EXPLOSIVE CONVERSION


At present time for determination of explosives capacity of explosive made pilot model natural material facilities are spent , but then it is feeled with the help of leaden columns, polluting the environment by explosives remainder, products of its decomposition and aerosol lead.
It has interest the preliminary analytical estimation of explosives capacity pilot model without their materialization.
The purpose of the work is a study of heat influence of the explosive conversion on explosives capacity and reception the analytical dependency of this influence for industrial mixed explosives.
The real composition component in explosives, what were felt on explosives capacity , are received as a result of chemical analysis. In given work are not presented all calculations in order not to enlarge the volume. Calculation is brought for example of scale amonale 1У. First of all we form the gross formula of explosive, having used for this table of component composition of given explosive ( Table 1).

For calculation of the oxygen balance it is necessary to know the mole mass of scale amonale 1У, which is calculated on formula:

Explosives capacity was defined with the help of leaden columns and ballistic pendulum.
As a result of got data the dependency of explosives capacity from heat of explosive conversion was received

where y - explosive capacity, mm;
x - a heat of explosive conversion, кДж/kgs.

Our dependency is reliable for interval from 3259 kD/kg to 5577,69 kD/kgs according to maximum and minimum heat of the explosive conversion material, used in work.
In given work the dependency of explosive capacity from their heats of explosive conversion was received . Having this dependency it is possible analytically to calculate the explosive capacity of new explosives without their fabrications and test. This allows to get the essential economic effect and vastly shorten time of the development of new explosive sample.
