Abstract

In a modern technique the elements of microcircuits all more frequent make from refractory metals and for the receipt of high-quality wares it is necessary to analyse technology of their receipt. It will allow to lower the economic expenditures related to the technological processes, to promote quality of the finished products. On the example of molybdenum disilicide technology of receipt of the sintered powder-like material which in future will be used for making of microcircuits is shown. Such technology allows to get the elements of microcircuits with the set physical and operating properties.
