Abstract

In the current Ukrainian economy highly profitable and liquid is a civil engineering, which uses different kinds of cold-rolled profiles. Bending mills, designed to produce high volume production, requires low-production areas, have a mobile installation, assembling and upgrade of basic equipment. Purchased abroad mills have high levels of mechanization and automation, but in our institutional and industrial conditions it necessary supplemented these mills and complete system providing of forming profiles.
In conditions of the big competition in the market of profile production is complete to search the customers and satisfact them. One aspect of the company's competitiveness is the speed of manufacturing contracts with the required quality of the product.
The relevance is the development of systems of high-speed technology, and in particular bending mills equipment, which involves moving and potential orders in the shortest time for the market to attract customers.
Motivation of the topic of Master's work was a practice in the enterprise, where, after dealing with a clear deficiencies of their administration in its current state. The topic was relevant to a broader level, I am interested and I decided to tackle the problem.
The practical significance of this work is that the equipment works bending machines with a pace dictated by the number of products, grouped in appropriate positions of portfolio. If the plan period in the marketing business is to find a market for the products, it provides the speed of these applications as quickly as possible, and this is achieved by increasing the speed of operation of the mill Bending to the limit load.
