Curriculum

About myself :

The average mark for the period of studying at the university is 4.85. I have a practical experience as a PC user and a bit as a system administrator for the following operational systems: Windows, Linux and Mac OS. I have a great practice with different mathematical and CAD systems. I have an experience in developing end user applications in Java and practical habits in programming microcontroller units with C and Assembler languages.

Autobiography:

I was born on June 17, 1986, in Makeevka, Donetsk region, Ukraine. Till the school age I was educated at home by my parents and my grandmother. The home education is the most right way for parents to form their child’s temper the way they want it to be, because usually only parents have a real influence on their child, so they can overcome the ”don’t want to” or the “I won’t” claims of their child. Thus, my parents managed to form many right traits of my temper, which have formed my personality.
My grandmother teached me to read and to count, but the most important thing she did was making me love education as a process which is quite different but not less interesting and exciting than playing games.
In 1991 I went to school. Due to my home education I managed to pass the tests for the deep english learning class. Form by form my subject preferences became more clear (mostly thanks to some of my teachers, the real masters of education: they managed to grab my attention on their subjects forever) and to the eighth form I had certainly known the branch of science I wanted to continue my education in, it was the economics
In 2000 I passed the exams to the Donetsk lyceum “Intelligence”. It was a new page in my life-book: everything was new for me - new teachers, new class-mates, new feeling of the wide independence and ,thus, a higher level of the responsibility . The teachers in the lyceum widely outscaled the range of my subject preferences. Besides getting great knowledge of the fundamental branches of science, I took some much more important things from my lyceum studying - I widely ranged my self feeling, my feelings and understanding of the world around me and the most important thing was finding my own place in that world. The spirit of freedom and free minded decisions, discovering the world around me from the different points of view, trying to understand people, things that make them behave the way they do -- all that was a process of my socialization and integration to the society.
One of my preferred subjects in the lyceum was programming. Taking in mind that all my experience in this brunch was limited by writing some small programs for my first computer ZX Spectrum in my childhood, I managed to achieve a great success in programming passing from learning the semantic rules of the programming languages for solving some small practical tasks in a quite short period of time. While studying in the lyceum I also studied at the correspondence school “Erudite”on “Informatics” section, there we studied a non-trivial ways of solving classical programming tasks.
To the moment of finishing my studies in the lyceum in 2003 I had two major preferred ways for my further education ,they were economics and programming.
I didn’t choose economics because at that moment I didn’t see any possibilities for the practical use of my knowledge in the classical general economics theory and all it’s laws were too abstract for me. Much time had passed till I realized the real power of the economics laws and the practical spheres I could use them in, but it was too late - I was walking an another road in a quite different direction. But, maybe someday I’ll pass further in the economics because it’s still quite interesting for me.
The second alternative was programming, but it also didn’t become my choice. I thought that, if I wanted to, I could get more experienced in the programming by myself without studying it at the university. Also I was bored with all those layers of abstraction and virtualisation the economics and the programming are standing on, so, I wanted to create some physically existed and visually representable systems and I wanted to do them by my hands, not just at the theoretical level.
So, my choice was the speciality “Electronics systems” (an Industrial electronics) of the CITA (Computer informational technologies and automation) faculty of the Donetsk National Technical University.
In 2003 I passed my exams to the university and my student life began. Many things has changed since that year -- the process of my personality formation is going on: some features are getting vanished, the other ones are getting more certain, my knowledge and experience are constantly rising and widing on the new brunches of science, causing the continuous process of my education. I wish it never stops.
       :)
