       Mine hoisting installations are the most complicated and responsible objects in the general technological row of transportation of minerals from the coalface to the surface. Their complexity is caused by the fact that electric circuit of the winding engine must perform a great number of control and protective functions and provide automatic operation of a powerful drive direct current or an alternating current at significant, variable on the level of loading for maintenance with the greater accuracy of the vessel set speed on all the areas of its movement.
       Besides the complexity of the structure of automatic control systems of hoisting installations depends on technological schemes of rise (rise from one or several horizons).
       The great number of the automated elevating installations has skips as an elevating vessel (dumping or with ground unloading), that is defined by two reasons: an intense schedule of work of such installations and relative simplicity of management algorithm.
       The great importance of mine elevating installations (MEI) in the technological process of mine work and rigid requirements to the protection of works’ safety define the necessity of the application of the protection and movement control equipment. Now with this purpose the devices of programming and control with a drive from a shaft of the winding engine of PPK, AUL-1, "Horizon", AZK-1 types are used. The most widespread among them is the travelling program device of protection and move control AZK-1 type. The last, however, as all the listed equipments are obsolete and is not so capable to carry out properly the functions assigned to it with a high degree of accuracy, reliability and safety. Its lacks are: the presence of the large number of complex mechanical elemets with rotating details which are subject to deterioration and do not possess sufficient reliability; insufficient accuracy of the information because of the backlash presence; the presence of additional errors of the travelling information during the use of frequentative elevating installations.
       Swift development of microprocessor technics and design of turn corner pulse gauges with necessary indexes of accuracy and reliability allows to realize the device of the move control with the high indexes corresponding modern requirements on the modern element base.
       With this purpose in the process of work at this problem the test board has been developed that is a constituent part of the new security system and movement control (hereinafter – system under development) at the realization of which I am at work now. Test board exercises the control over the capacity of the system under development in automatic and hand-held state of working by braked mine winding engine. In the automatic state of testing the defence against the excess of the maximal speed is checked. In the hand-held state of testing the defence against the excess speed of reach and maximal speed is checked.
       Trouble free test board operation is foreseen in the result of its designing by the electronic scheme of the third and forth integration levels. The given technical decision is based on the application of constant voltage (-U) not more than 24 V, that is spark, and consequently fire and elektroproof for the operating personnel. The application of microcircuits 4N32 with the optical outcome has allowed to untie galvanically all control MEI systems from a powerful and executive part of the equipment of mine skip rise management.
       The developed device is an integral part of system of reliability and trouble-free work of the developed system. The developed system is planned to be flexible, owing to the opportunity of the program adjustment after each cycle of rise (descent) of skip, therefore the opportunity of rerise, overloads and etc. will be completely excluded, i.e. all that negatively influences on uninterrupted and non-failure operation of mine skip rise which is " the heart of mine " .

The possible directions of the investigation

  1. The improvement of skip loading - weight dosage.
  2. The improvement of skip unloading – the exception of unloading curves.
