AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Childhood

I was born in 1987, in June , 23. I was born in the city of Donetsk in the hospital named after Vishnevsky. My parents, Gennady Dontsov and Irina Dontsova, already had two daughters, my sisters - Nina Dontsova (older sister) and Natalia Dontsova (middle sister). Our family was large and with many children. My grandmother, Nina Skarabahataya, took a huge responsibility and went to work. She brought me up and my sisters. The age difference between sisters and me was insignificant. We did not go to kindergarten, because we looked after grandma. She taught me such qualities as kindness and ambition from childhood. My childhood was great: I grew up in a big and harmonious family. The most striking impressions about my childhood are summer holidays. It was a holiday at the sea, or in our favorite cottage in Verhnetoretske.

School years

I always wanted to go to school. My sister came home and often told funny stories about school. Then this day came - September 1, 1994. First time in first class - 1-A class! I went to first Ukrainian school in the Donetsk region - Donetsk specialized secondary school #65. I enrolled to the school on a competitive basis, as it was small, but I was willing to learn a lot. My school was unusual - boys and girls were separated from each other. In such a way, I studied up to fifth grade. My first teacher and the class teacher was Maria Mikhina. I remember her as a very serious teacher. She taught me and the class beautiful calligraphy and even posture. She took us on a variety of cultural tours: a museum, a planetarium and a theater. At school my favorite hobby was singing. I sang in the choir from first to fifth grade. The choir was called "Kalynonka", and his head was a remarkable man - Gennady Movchan. We sang Ukrainian folk songs and performed at various school concerts, in kindergarten and just in singing competitions. Also, in primary school, I received diplomas with distinction! Education has never been a problem for me, I always tried to learn with "excellent grades"! Fifth from was different: we joined with the boys, changed the class teacher. She was Natalia Liadova, my German teacher, a very kind and sweet woman. She taught us to ninth grade. And from the ninth to the eleventh grade we were mentored by Olga Sanduleeva - a very positive and sympathetic teacher of Ukrainian language. In general, I remember a great deal of remarkable school teachers. For example, our head teacher and teacher of Mathematics - Zinoviay Daniluk, thanks to whom I know maths good, despite the fact that my school is with a humanitarian bias. This was also a teacher of Biology and Chemistry - Lyubov Martynova, her class es were always interesting and informative.

On May 25, 2005 my last school bell rang. In connection with the re-formation of class in the tenth year of my training, I graduated from school in 11-B class. Then came the summer exams, which I passed greatly and the celebration of graduation.

School - it was an excellent and informative stage of my life: first teacher, first friends, first love ... Also, the school gave me my best friend - Daria Avdyuhina, who has been my friend for over ten years now.

University

I graduated from high school, it was necessary to think about the future, higher education. In my choice of university I didn't have the slightest doubt - only the Donetsk National Technical University (DonNTU). This University is very close for me, like a seeond family. My parents and my older sister graduated from it. My dad, Gennady Dontsov, graduated from the Mining Faculty of the specialty "Coal". My mom, Irina Dontsova, graduated from the Mechanical Department with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Tools and Instruments ". And the eldest sister, Nina Dontsova, graduated from the Faculty of Economics, she received a degree in International Economics. I chose the university, there was only one question: "Which Speciality?" This was the question I was very serious and responsible about. Also my mom helped me in this matter. We came with her to the first building of Donetsk National Technical University and were chousing for long time speciality. We strongly liked a new specialty with a very beautiful name - "Human Resource Management and Labour Economics". The choice was made! At the same time I enrolled in courses of Mathematics at DonNTU to successfully pass the entrance exam. In July 2005 I passed the exams and enrolled in the budget form of training.

After four years of study (2005-2009 years) I received a bachelor's degree. These college years passed very quickly and with positive results for me. During four years I have been studying in the budget and always got a scholarship, not having any debts. Such a result was very influenced by our teachers. Even if we recall favourite subjects - all depended on teachers, on their ability to be interesting and fun to present their subjects. Our university is very rich in wonderful teachers. I remember: Elena Evseeva, Galina Usacheva, Tatyana Ruban, Oleg Leonov, Maxim Belousenko, Vladimir Mozgovoj, Valentin Golota, and all teachers from my Department of "Personnel Management and Labor Economics".

After receiving bachelor's degree in July 2009, I became a participant of the project "The Future in Your Hands 2009", held at the enterprises of "Gerkules". There I received theoretical and practical training in "Photo of the working day" and "Normalization of the productive processes." The result of my internship with this company is a certificate from the project "The Future in Your Hands 2009" and a letter of recommendation from Human Resources Manager of company "Hercules" .

In September 2009 I enrolled in the Masters on the budgetary position. At the same time, I finally chosen a theme of my Master's thesis "Work Rationing on the Enterprise", which corresponds to the practice I had during the passage of a summer internship, to fully display the content of the topic. My supervisor is Associate Professor of “Personnel Management and Labor Economics " Svetlana Pozdnyakova.

Plans for the future

After graduation I would love to find a job in my specialty, since I believe that my studies at university gave me the necessary knowledge to the job and I will be able to prove myself as a connoisseur of the business.

As for the rest of my plans for the future - I would like to fully realize myself as a woman, that is, to get married and have two children. Also I would like to travel around the world and, above all, to visit countries such as the Czech Republic, Tunisia and France.
