Autobiography

Childhood

I Vitaly V. Grigoriev, born March 24, 1988 in Dobropillya, Donetsk region. My parents: mother - Olga Grigorieva Yaroslavovna and father - Valery V. Grigoriev. Also I have a sister Tatiana Grigorieva. Rhys I cheerful and very inquisitive child. Most of the time my parents brought up, but a considerable contribution to my education has made my grandmother Olga Grigorieva Samsonivna who was a teacher of Ukrainian language. My memories of my grandmother, probably the warmest. I have spent with her a lot of time, we often went to relax together.

The best friend of mine as a child was my sister. Although the age difference we have is big enough (five years), we always found a common language. Our friendship with her sister remained so to this day, although the life we shared, and each of us already have their own family.

As a child, probably my favorite pastime was to collect and analyze a variety of electrical and radio engineering, what is not always good looking parents. All that came into my hands, I immediately examined, and when collected, it was not always what it is before it. It hurt a lot of radios, tape recorders and even our old TV.

School

September 1, 1994. I went to first grade school number 7. I liked to learn with interest and I went to all school activities. At my school often held theme nights. where I participated with pleasure. I usually tell the different verses. But my very favorite sport at school was the organization of the stand dedicated to the different seasons. It was very interesting to do when you need to select different materials, respectively, whether it was autumn, winter, spring or summer. In 2003. I went to school number 4. and in 2005 I joined the Mining - Technical school. Years in school I liked the most. , I participated in various programs and competitions in physics and mathematics. The teachers are very attentive to our training and have always tried to interest us in the process of learning anything new.

University

When choosing the direction of my training, I stopped for a degree in inventory, but due to the fact that my vision problems have anxiety about that when working with drawings, it will drop even more so the choice fell on the humanities. Since my mom is the head of the personnel department, and knowing the specifics of it interested me major in Personnel Management and Labor Economics.

I had entered the university on a contract basis to major in Personnel Management and Labor Economics.

The first semester was lucky and I finished it perfectly, but the lack of predisposition to the study of foreign languages I have the second semester tainted trio of English.

After the first year got a job at METRO Cash & Carry under contract employee of a trading hall, in connection with the inconvenient travel and time constraints, I had to change jobs after two months in order to be able to continue learning. So with the 29.08.2006 I was working at McDonald's Ukraine Ltd.. Rubin, a mechanic on equipment maintenance, working here I have the opportunity to earn a living independently and at the same time learn from the hospital without prejudice to the study.

After the device to work the University is not gone by the wayside, but my performance was at the level of "good", due to lack of time. At work, I showed myself as a good and responsible worker, is talking about my qualification "excellent". Also, at work, I managed to win the program "Your scholarship". My essay was included in the top 60 in Ukraine and I managed to get a good cash prize. This year, I also try to participate in this program and write another essay. Soon I must improve the position of "Instructor training staff. And although my improvement just coincides with the session, I think that successfully cope with this task.

Admission to the Masters was associated with a desire to achieve more in the learning process that is going to help me in finding a job. I would also like to note that the Masters I went on the budget. The urgency of my master's thesis on "Improving performance management system" is that this problem is one of the most important for businesses today.

Plans for future

Professional and creative plans for the near future: find interesting and well paid jobs, vocational and personal development. Long term goal: to realize all this knowledge with the best result for me, raise their social status.
