Biography

Personal formation

I was born on November 7, 1991 in Donetsk in the family of Sergei and Irina Godla. I incredibly surprised my father who wanted a son. Later I wondered if he hadn't been disappointed with having a daughter, and received an answer that still warms my soul – "Not much".

All of my closest relatives are relevant to medicine. From an early age I visited hospitals not as a patient but as a daughter and granddaughter of physicians, sitting with my grandmother, therapist, like a nurse. I raised the mood of all my grandmother's patients and colleagues.

Due to the busy schedule of my parents, I lived with my grandparents in Shakhtarsk, where I attended the nursery. I was moody and restless child, but teachers noticed a creative spark in me, so I played the lead roles in all concerts and participated in drawing competitions.

At the age of 4 I learned to read and began to conquer the top shelves in the library and at home. Not surprisingly I was looking forward to the time when I went to school.

I attended primary school № 1 in Shakhtarsk. I would like to thank my first teacher, Valentina Donskaya for the fact that she tamed our children's hyperactivity, instilled a love for literature and science.

In 5th grade, I went to Donetsk school № 55 with IT specialization. Since childhood, I tended to succeed in humanities and arts, so I had to pay more attention to the exact sciences, therefore, after primary school, due to the appearance of a great number of new teachers and interesting subjects, mathematics went by the wayside.

With my best friend, Khamidullina Katerina, we participated in astonishing amount of competitions, were the hosts of the many events and won prizes in a lot of activities.

Professional development

In my family, everyone was sure of my future – I was a member of the medical dynasty. I did not disappoint my parents, I was the winner of the regional competition in biology several times, but I also participated in competitions in Ukrainian, Russian and English, as well as computer science. Therefore, in grade 11, as a student of IT class, I discovered that there is a direction of media systems programming and computer design at the Donetsk National Technical University. Later I surprised my family and friends with the fact that I would like to continue my further education in the IT area.

Thanks to the tutor, I have improved my results in algebra and geometry, and successfully passed exams in the spring of 2008. I became a student of one of the most renowned universities in Ukraine – Donetsk National Technical University.

In September 2008, I entered the Donetsk National Technical University, Department of Computer Science, that changed its name to the Faculty of Computer Science and Technology a year later, which, of course, reflects the essence of the major department issues.

I had gone to University on a contractual basis, which did not suit me at all. Due to the situation I decided to study hard in order not to let down my parents and do not pay for my education. That is why by the summer of 2009 because of my commitment I had improved the results of all subjects and in my second year of education was transferred to the budget form.

During my study at university I continued studying English in a special school and visited the United States for the consolidation of existing knowledge and acquisition of new experience.

In the third year of education I was a volunteer of the Ukrainian campaign "Nicholas did not forget about you!" which supports needy children in Donetsk. I collected toys and sweets from everyone and on the St. Nicholas Eve I visited disabled and disadvantaged children.

In the fifth year of education I participated in the international conference "A world without violence" in Krakow, Poland. This conference shocked me to the core with the importance of the issue.

I had no doubt that I wanted to continue my education for the master's degree, which is what happened. My supervisor was Nataliya Gubenko because I was very impressed by her presentation, the quality of information that she gave us, as well as the specifics of her course "Models and methods of information security". That were the reasons why I decided to carry out research in this field.

Studying at the University has been interesting and challenging. I have participated in various university and Ukrainian conferences in Computer Science and related disciplines. However, thanks to the creative subjects such as design and chromatics, I still remain a creative person.

Goals, plans and future vision

In the nearest future I want to successfully defend a diploma on "Development of information security policy based on a risk analysis for the use of resources."

In the future I would like to find a job where I would be able to realize all my knowledge and ambition, but also not to stop and achieve new heights. My dream is to be part a of the team, to perform useful work and lead major projects.
