Introduction

It is difficult to present the modern world without an electricity. The electricity is the concept expressing properties and the phenomena, caused by structure of physical bodies and the processes which essence is movement and interaction of the microscopic charged particles of substance (ions, molecules, their complexes and etc.).

Truth is also other version of an origin of the electric power. This version belongs to Nikole Tesle. In its theory of the electric power the concept of an aether — the certain invisible substance filling the whole world and transferring oscillations with rate, many times exceeding a velocity of light was basic. Each millimetre of space, believed Tesla, is sated by unlimited, infinite energy which needs only to manage to be extracted.

1. Theme urgency

Electric power development is carried out now with various aspects of energy: thermal electric power industry, hydropower, a wind power, kernel, geothermal, hydrogen, tidal and wave power engineerings.

The basic manufacturer of the electric power, for our region, thermal power stations are: Starobeshevskaya TPP and Zuevsky TPP. Electric power development in them is carried out by means of coal combustion as our corner of the world is rich with this aspect of fuel. As used coal not the most qualitative to it add black oil. From this it follows that after long process of development of the electric power, as a result of fuel combustion, on the equipment applied at stations there are adjournment in the form of ashes (in particular on gyrating regenerative air heaters). If not to fabricate cleaning of lobes RAH process of transmission of heat exchange of installation is aggravated.

2. The purpose and the research problems, recognised schedule results

The executed experimental and experimental probes of some research and development architectures have displayed efficiency of impulse streams in comparison with stationary the same parametres. The reached results the devices creating impulse streams, developed in DonNTU, on collapse of a coal array allow to judge possibility of their use for scrubbing action of plates RAH from the ashes rests. Optimisation of parametres of these devices will allow to reach power consumption lowerings on execution of this process.

For reaching of the specified purpose following problems are delivered:

1. The Assaying of constructions of air heaters.

2. The Assaying of existing methods and means for scrubbing action of plates of a regenerative air heater from the ashes rests.

3. Working out of a construction of an executive office for effective scrubbing action RAH.

4. Working out of recommendations about definition of rational parametres of a hydroimpulse mode of scrubbing action of gyrating regenerative air heaters from the ashes rests.

3. Existing method of scrubbing action of a regenerative air heater from the ashes rests

At black oil burning on a heating surface of regenerative air heaters the adjournment consisting of small particles of ashes and leading fast clogging of ports through passage [1] are organised. Besides, the high dew-point temperature of smoke gases promotes formation hard to remove adjournment in which a significant amount of free sulfuric acid and sulphate gland contains. In these conditions even frequent handling ensures safe scrubbing action RAH and not always prevents growth of its aerodynamic resistance.

Mechanical modes of scrubbing action are most simple, but are unproductive. Them recommend to use in a combination to other modes for scrubbing action of accessible zones of the equipment. This mode is grounded on solid effect on a plant of scrubbing action for collapse and removal of a stratum of contamination. Scrubbing action manually realise scraper knifes in accommodatings [4].

Hydraulic — removal of ashes from a surface of metal plates a stationary stream of water under a high pressure. For simplification knocking down ashes of a stream of water from snuffled go at an angle against movement of plates.

As the main body of the adjournment organised on plates, is easily dissolved in water, their scrubbing action by water has appeared the most effective mode of scrubbing action RAH. This mode was widely adopted both in foreign, and in domestic power engineering.

Such scrubbing action is carried out without a special stopping of the vessel. Thus depending on arrangement of gas ducts and presence of gas contour necessity of lowering of a load of the vessel for the period of scrubbing action is defined. Practice has displayed that scrubbing action of regenerative air heaters necessarily should be executed at once after stopping the vessel for prevention of possible fire of carbon black and intensive parking staining.

4. Hydroimpulse method of scrubbing action of a regenerative air heater from the ashes rests.

Numerous probes prove advantages of a hydroimpulse stream in comparison with a stationary stream. It has been confirmed by application hydropulse (designed DonNTU) for scrubbing action of a regenerative air heater on Starobeshevskaya TPP. Operation on scrubbing actions of a regenerative air heater with the help hydroimpulse was carried out with sectional pumps power 600 — 800 kw. Before application гидроимпульсатора scrubbing action from ashes of a regenerative air heater was carried out with a stationary stream. Installation power supply which power consumption was carried out высоконапорным with pump «Voma» (manufacture of Germany) made 1000 — 1250 kw. For the purpose of lowering of expenditures us it is offered to use the generator of an impulse stream (a construction of DonNTU), consuming power 55 — 75 kw. Advantage of a hydroimpulse method of scrubbing action consists in a smaller energy consumption, economically in comparison with other methods of scrubbing action. It is necessary to mark also other advantages of a hydroimpulse method of scrubbing action as: pozharo — and explosion safety, preservation of the shape and a job surface roughness, ecological compatibility of a method [5].

Conclusions

The assaying of existing methods of scrubbing action of regenerative air heaters from the ashes rests is carried out, application of the generator of an impulse stream for these purposes is offered.

Operation is directed on working out of a construction of an executive office for rational scrubbing action of a regenerative air heater by an impulse stream and installations of an optimum ratio between diameters of its flowing part and to equivalent working mounting attachments for security of effective collapse of ashes.
