Now, one of the most important problems in any organization is the problem of staff management. The quality of work and the time spent on its implementation depends on it. I believe that this is a very important issue in the field of geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources.

2) Goals and objectives of research

In the process of research, this problem will be examined from different sides. The question of using flexible working arrangements in the company will be investigated. Various methods of improving working conditions will be considered, as well as the impact of skills upgrading on productivity, existing difficulties in knowledge sharing. At the beginning of the study, an overall assessment of the organization of work in the field of geodetic support of various economic tasks and in land administration at the enterprises in the city of Donetsk will be carried out.

At the first stage of the work, the main points were identified that are necessary for a clear understanding of this research. There are the purpose of the research, the objectives for achieving the goal, the research methods, the scientific idea, the object and the subject of the study, and the expected results.

Purpose of the study.

Purpose of the study is a search possible improvements of the implementation of working policies through understanding and analyzing employers’ and employees’ evaluation.

It is necessary to analyze the methods of staff management, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources, and also to come to a conclusion about the current situation in questions of staff management.

3) Methods of research, the scientific idea, the object and the subject of the study

An empirical method will be used here.

• analysis of existing information on this issue;

• questioning (selection of facts);

• analysis of the received data.

The scientific idea is to identify the main problems in the methods of staff management, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks.

The object in writing the work is the management of staff, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks.

The subject of the study are the methods of staff management, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks.

4) The flexible working conditions

In recent years, a traditional eight to five work schedule has been challenged by flexible working conditions worldwide. With the development of technology and modernization of society and business, employers are becoming more likely to provide employees with flexible working arrangements. Employees are allowed to choose their work time and work places by themselves. Since flexible working conditions give more freedom to both employers and employees, they are widely accepted by workers in different working fields, such as finance, insurance, IT, etc[1].

Therefore, the study of the use of a flexible working arrangements in the field of geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources is useful and important task.

The flexible working arrangements has become prevalent in the whole world and the use of flexible working arrangements is predicted to increase the next few years.

However, problems in the current implementation of flexible working politics occurs. There are employers’ and employees’ confusions of policies as well as low participation. If these problems occur, they will become obstacles for flexible working polices to continue. Thus, it is need to collect evaluations of these polices from both employers and employees to give possible solutions to the problems.

In 2016 some scientific were done with over 500 managerial level employees in medium and large UK companies, more than one-third of the respondents. Over half of these organizations will be able to provide flexible working arrangements for employees by 2017. It appears that the working conditions are gradually accepted by organizations.

Flexible working arrangements keeps growing in the world. Some countries have been mentioned that a successful flexible working strategy should take both needs of employees and employers into consideration. The purpose of formal working politics is to protect both employees and employers. Thus, it is sensible to take both perspectives of employers and employees.

5) Well-being at work in the companies

Another important problem that needs to be investigated is the conditions of organization of work in the companies, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources.

Purpose of this thesis is about well-being issues and how they are noticed in today’s work life nowadays. What kind of methods and actions successful companies do to their employees of getting good results of well-being at work.

The empirical study will use qualitative approach with case study and will do the interviews of different companies.

Well-being should be planned and followed in the company the same way like any other activity. Employees are creative and productive, when employees heard, respect and have meaningfulness at work. Well-being requires good leadership by interacting with subordinates and valuing their effort and personality.

Many companies have section that tells well-being in their company, for example, on their own web site. There are many ways of doing well-being in the companies.

Well-being is built in the companies to make common developed area. A key part of well-being at work is the development of skills and motivation to work. Well-being at the workplace is investigated in many companies. Others use outside experts and some have developed their own systems in certain areas.

This study will also assess and analyze the current situation in the companies, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources. Workplace well-being is determined by the employer's point of view, but it is essential to listen to the teams and workers as well. Human resources management has a key role of well-being at work. When well-being issues are under the control the work community, employees become better motivated to work. Nowadays people have more and more their own responsibility areas at work, so it has to have activities also to bring workers together. This thesis goal is to find success factors in managing well-being at work through the eyes both organization’s leaders and employees.

Purpose of the study of this issue is the theory and practical examples of the importance of well-being in the companies, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources. In addition, we have to learn and to find out positive methods to improve work. I want to get answers from organization’s leaders and employees, who can tell their opinions about well-being. Target will be to get opinions of different methods to learn from them. I’ll use the material of different studies, and test with the companies that have had the opinion in the methods of well-being management[2].

6) The effective training of employees

Employees are major assets of any organization. The active role they play towards a company’s success cannot be underestimated. As a result, equipping these unique assets through the effective training becomes imperative in order to maximize the job performance. Although extensive research has been conducted in the area of Human Research Management, the same cannot be said on employee training especially as it concerns developing countries.

The purpose also will be to analyze the effects of training on employee. In order to understand the study aim, four goals were developed and it will be focused, particularly, on identifying the training programs’ existing in the industry, the objective of the training, the employed methods and finally the effects of training and development on employee performance.

A qualitative research approach of the data collection will be adopted using a questionnaire. The findings can prove useful to managers and employees, who make decision in the companies, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources.

There is no doubt that organizations worldwide are striving for success. In order to do so, organizations have to use the human resources effectively. Organizations need to be aware of workers more realistically towards keeping their human resources up-to-date. Therefore, managers need to pay special attention to all the core functions of human resource management. It plays an important role in different organizational, social and economically related areas. They also influent on the attainment of the organizational goals.

And this study goes on to discuss one of the core functions of human resource. It is the training of the workers and evaluation of the performance of the employees [3].

7) The exchange of knowledge in the team

Another important factor in the management of staff is the exchange of knowledge in the team. This issue will also be investigated in the companies, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources.

People now are knowledge seekers, with a strong desire for learning new things, developing new skills and capabilities. Their enthusiasm for knowledge is import for a company, as they are intellectually curious and open to new experiences, contributing to an easier adaptation of the company to the rapid changes and challenges of the present. Individuals’ knowledge behaviors in the workplace are very diverse. For example, it is the identifying and using relevant knowledge which resides in their colleagues and databases, connecting to the knowledge resources, people and discussions to contributing and sharing their knowledge.

Thereby, knowledge is created, disseminated, applied, acquired and shared at all times within an organization. The point of interest for the present study is the knowledge sharing process.

Knowledge and knowledge management are considered as one of the key factors for a competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing is one of the most essential parts of the knowledge management process. Relation to organizational culture, individual motivation factors and knowledge sharing barriers create an interesting equation together. Each of these concepts has been extensively studied in recent years. Companies are organizing their work around global projects and teams. Nowadays, cross-border teams are seen as a source for knowledge creation.

The objective of this study will be to increase understanding how organization culture and individual motivation are related to knowledge sharing and its barriers in the teams of the workers and what kind of role they have in global organization transformation. Employees usually feel that it is hard to find the person with the necessary knowledge and it is also hard to find appropriate documents and solutions. Extrinsic motivation components correlate with the knowledge sharing barriers, such as lack of time and support and tools for knowledge sharing.

Defining knowledge sharing process is important in order to understand the flow of knowledge. Knowledge sharing is a two-folded process. It is the donating and collecting of knowledge. Donating means sharing intellectual capital with someone else and collecting is more like trying to get someone else to share his or her intellectual capital. Knowledge sharing can be viewed as one of the organizational behavior forms. This investigation is the study of organizations behave and it is the study of individual behavior in an organizational setting. This includes the study of how individuals behave both alone and in groups. Factors of understanding that are related to both group dynamics and individual is essential. Organizational behavior entails all level of analysis. There are individual, group and organizational levels.

The present management literature focuses more on tools such as technological systems, as facilitators for knowledge sharing. Thus, there is a lack of empirical studies that pay attention to people behaviors, motives and characteristics when it comes to the sharing of knowledge.

Although it is very important to work on the effectiveness of sharing knowledge in a team for management, to create favorable conditions for this, to use methods and schemes to accomplish this task. (figure 1)

Figure 1. – Stages of team building.

Employees interact and communicate daily. Their conversations, teamwork, e-mails and meetings are the means of sharing knowledge to complete their tasks, to solve problems and learn. Improved relationships between employees, better communication ways and an increased level of trust are factors that enhance knowledge sharing.

Each individual comes with a unique set of ideas, perspectives and work style. Effective communication means not only being able to express it as accurate as possible, but also being able to understand and accept other points of view and opinions.

Individual factors, e.g. personality traits, organizational factors, e.g. climate and culture, and demographical factors, for example, education, age, gender, all influence employees’ motives and willingness to share knowledge. Knowledge sharing is highly dependent on their willingness to share to the other what they know. Organizations can only facilitate and promote the process of knowledge sharing through effective knowledge management practices.

I’m going to improve my knowledge on the basis of the above mentioned aspects. I will test the employees of enterprises and determine the problems and ways of eliminating these problems in the matter of knowledge sharing in the companies, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources.

Individual characteristics refer to employees’ personality traits, self-efficacy and perceptions about knowledge. Kinds of behaviors and practices include ways of communication, trust and teamwork[4].

8) Expected results

The participants in the study will be employers and employees in companies, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources. The employers investigated in this research refer to the interest of the employees in the companies. The employees investigated in this research are ordinary staff, who are under supervision of employers.

It is necessary to determine the situation at that moment in the questions of staff management, engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks and provide recommendations for improving existing problems.

The findings will show how respondents understand and evaluate policies of their companies, which may help them to improve their working policies. The results may also work as a guide for the companies to develop their working polices.

9) Conclusions

In this study, organizational culture and its dimensions are in an important position. In order to answer the main research question properly and professionally, the subject needs to be known. Organizational culture has the most significant impact in effective knowledge management and organizational learning, because it determines work systems, beliefs and values that encourage or hinder knowledge sharing and creation. Additionally, the norms and value systems are shared among the employees where organizational culture refers.

People’s values affect to their views and behavior, when social environment first create the values.

At the end of the research, the situation at that moment in staff management issues in the companies, , engaged in the geodesic support of various economic tasks and in the management of land resources will be determined. The data will be analyzed and presented in the form of graphs and in tabular form. This will give a clearer understanding of the problems and help to understand the situation in general terms. Finally, recommendations for improving existing problems will be given.
