	Theme of dissertation: "Creating Decision Support System Based on Data Warehouse"

    I was born on 20 of November 1979 in Donetsk. From 1981 to 1990 I resided abroad with my parents in the time of their assignment. Upon returning to native land I continued my education in №115 secondary school till the graduation. Upon graduation I was awarded with Silver Medal for excellent schooling progress.

    In 1996 upon school graduation I entered in DonSTU, faculty CIT&A, (Computer information technologies & automatics) specialty ACS (Automated control systems) by means of rating system. Because computer technologies play important role in our life, and due to my personal interest in information technologies I decided to become an part of this process. Thas the way my specialty was chosen.

   In year 2000 I received the diploma of bachelor and now studying of magistracy. Theme of my dissertation: "Creating Decision Support System Based on Data Warehouse". Developing of corporate technologies opened new way of automating the decision support process based on integrated data warehousing with data cumulated as a result of OLTP (Online Transcation Processing) system functioning. such a warehouse contains data which regularly enlarging and stored ordered by date. There are three concepts that lie in base of decision support: 

• flexible warehouse navigation with purpose of generation ad hoc queries and representing this information by means of various reports, geoinfomation interface based on topology foundation with  spatial analysis algorithms implemented; 
• multidimensional data analysis, which allows to organize warehouse information in the sort of hypercube model, providing user with convenient way of viewing and analysis, including cross-table reports, business graphic charts, colored geographical maps. Consideration must be given that any data in any dimensions can be ordered according to chronological, geographical and other classification using reference table of data warehouse; 
• dependencies search in cumulated data based on intellectual data analysis algorithms.

    Using given facilities, user can solve such problems as monitoring of state of controlled object, hypothesis test, analysis and events forecasting, dependencies search, identification of anomalies, process modeling.
