CURRICULUM VITAE

My name is Nadejda Valerievna Polojay.

I was born on November the 9th, 1982, in horoscope I am Scorpio.

My native land is Luganschina, town Alchevsk.

Since childhood I have a persevering and obstinate character. I wanted to study at school very much. But at first, before studying at school I went to the children's sports school. And when I was four (it was in1986) I began to do gymnastics.

In 1988, when I was 6 years, I had a passionate and persevering desire to play piano. I made my mum to take me to the musical school, and, not as it is usual, the mums does it. But as I was only 6, I was accepted in a preparatory class of musical school. There were the entrance examinations, which I got through with honour. Everything was almost as at the present school.

The first class of a comprehensive school was at the kindergarten. The teachers did not set us marks and gave the cards for active participation at lessons, which I collected and as a result I got more than 300 pieces.

At last, my long-awaited dream came true, and in 1989 I went to the "present" school. It was the new school, which has been recently constructed and opened in our catchments area.

In the same year I entered the first class of musical school. I liked to study there very much. I took part in all concerts with a great pleasure which were devoted to the great composers and the outstanding poets. I passed all my academic concerts perfectly.

In 1998 I finished musical school with distinction.

In the same year I finished the 9 form and got the certificate of comprehensive school.

But there was also my strong enthusiasm for sports. After gymnastics I began to do track and field athletics. Here were fascinating both training and competition. I won first places on jumps in height and received three certificates of merit.

The 2000 was significant for me by leaving school. It was necessary to choose the further way. And I entered Donetsk State Technical University, which was later renamed into Donetsk National Technical University. I entered the faculty of Physical knowledge of matter of Physic -metallurgical faculty on a speciality "The conduct of metals". At a choice of this speciality I was guided by presence in my city of metal plants, where I, being the young expert, could use my knowledge. In the third course I was chosen as a senior student of group. I studied freely, easily, without unsatisfied marks and without "tails", but I did not have special interest to study on this speciality because I was interested in speciality "The Economic cybernetics".

In spring of 2003 I was arranged on work in advertising agency. I found out on this course that there is a speciality "Quality, standardization, certification ". I was interested in this speciality very much.

Having finished the fourth course with average mark 4, 5 I decided to study this speciality. I wrote the application that I want to get a Master's degree, because in my opinion the problems of increasing of quality production, satisfaction of the consumer requirements, system engineering of quality management on the enterprises and organizations are interesting and urgent now. The study became interesting; I had new purposes and desire. I studied with pleasure and finished this study perfectly.

The theme of my Master's work I chose together with the scientific chief Masyuk L.V. Now this theme is urgent and I would like to consider and study a question of process approach in system of quality management. Thus, the theme of work is:"Using of process approach in activity of an enterprise ".

Prospect on the following 10-15 years is to work by speciality in the sphere of increasing of production quality and services. But, unfortunately, I need an experience and practice to achieve this purpose.
