INTRODUCTION
Topicality:
Development of electronic multimedia facilities opens new didactic opportunities in the sphere of teaching. So, the systems of interactive graphic arts and animation allow to manage their content, form, size, color and other parameters for achievement of most evidentness in the process of analysis of images. These and other possibilities poorly yet realized by developers of electronic technologies of teaching, that does not allow to use educational potential of multimedia in full. The point is that, application of multumedia for electronic teaching not only increases the speed of information transfer to a student and the level of understanding but is also instrumental in the development of such important for the specialist of any industry qualities, as intuition, professional "flair", vivid thinking.
Goal:
The purpose of the work consists in consideration of questions of system organization of software facilities for realization of cognitive albums in a network environment, and also conceptions of cognitive computer graphics.
Supposed scientific novelty and planned practical value:
Cognitive albums can be examined as a method of organization of presentations, method of presentation of teaching materials, in a form, comfortable for perception and understanding, due to a transition in presentation of information from a traditional form in visual one. Introduction of cognitive albums will allow substantially to promote the level of scientific and educational presentations, and also will be instrumental in the rapid learning of information (teaching materials) due to the dosed serve of information. Also introduction of cognitive albums in an educational process will be instrumental in preparation of highly skilled specialists in a specific area.
ILLUSTRATIVE AND COGNITIVE FUNCTIONS OF MULTIMEDIA
An illustrative function provides support of logical thinking. The object of multimedia supports in this case, illustrates some expressly expressed idea, property of studied object or process, i.e. to, that is already formulated, for example, by a teacher-developer.
A cognitive function consists in that by the certain object of multimedia to get new knowledge, that is yet not existing even in the head of specialist or, at least, instrumental in the intellectual process of receipt of this knowledge.
SYSTEM QUETIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF COGNITIVE FLASH-ALBUMS. REALIZATION OF INTERACTIVE FLASH-ALBUMS IN THE INTERNET
The questions of development of Flash-albums and also realization of interactive Flash-albums in the Internet are examined. Technologies and spheres of their application are analysed: Flash, ActionScript, HTML, Java.
Types of information units (informative frame):
- image (fullcoloured photo, chart, picture, table, diagram);
- text;
- HTML-page;
- animation;
- video;
- audio;
- combined information.
The amount of types of information is limited to only possibility of support of every concrete format of file by Flash technology.
Example of sphere of the use (informative albums, sets):
- galleries of images (fotoalbums);
- lectures, methodical instruction, training aids;
- electronic on-line presentations.
WEB-application has three layers:
layer of owner of information (administrator of own information, active user, for example, teacher); layer of ordinary user (passive, for example, student); layer of super-user (administrator of all of owners).Flash and ActionScript:
- interactive interface;
- navigation between the informative frames of album;
- graphic animation at interaction with an user.
Java:
web-application; registration of users; load of informative frames, i.e. files from an user source for storage in the server database; access and queries to the database for extraction of the required informative frames for the flash-object in certain moment of time; support of logic of work of the system.Jakarta Tomcat:
allows the “outer world” to apply on protocol of HTTP to servlet at a help the Internet through a WEB-browser (to the Java-application, to executed on the side of server in server Java Virtual Machine);- program server of Java-applications, i.е servlet-container.
Flash remoting:
- call from Flash ActionScript of external methods of Java-classes of application.
Conclusion
Thus, on the basis of analysis of accessible for today technologies requirements are formulated and the choice of prototypes is carried out for creation of software, intended for the synthesis of interactive albums on the basis of which it is possible it will be substantially to promote the level of scientific and educational presentations.
Graphic arts play in role of illustrative graphic arts, instrumental in the best understanding of processes. Cognitive computer graphics require creative approach to using on the before got complex of knowledges.
