Perfection of mathematical model of exactness of rental and development of algorithms of the optimum tuning and correction of the modes of rolling in the continuous groups of cages is the purpose of the given work.
For achievement of the indicated purpose the following tasks were
put:
- perfection of dependence for determination of taking radius for a ride and passing for the traditional drawing systems
of calibers, and similarly a new combining rolling with protyagkoy.
- to develop the methods of correction of the speed mode of rolling in the continuous groups of cages with individual and group drives.
The decision of put allowed to develop the algorithms of optimization of tuning of the speed modes for the draft and clean groups of cages of wire figures. It is definite, that at the use of the systems with analog contours on a multiof thread figure the dynamic falling of number of turns must not exceed 2%, on the intermediate groups of cages and clean blocks - 1%. Time of renewal of number of turns of main drives must not exceed 0,5 seconds, and statistical exactness – 0,1%. For achievement of such static exactness application of digital contour of adjusting of number of turns with superpozitsiey will be required, foremost for compensation of drift in analogues the contour. Translation of consideration of wear of rollers depending on the кВт-clock of energy of used up on rolling is expedient also. It in same queue will provide exactness and timeliness of correction of wear of rollers.
